Unfortunately one of the cleaners called in sick that day and items that were supposed to be addressed as parts of the contract were still left filthy. When I followed up to express dissatisfaction, the owner Callie promised that she would come back "any time in the future" and give current tenant 2 hours of cleaning to make up for the sub-par work. When we contacted her to redeem the promised 2 hours, Callie did not return the text, phone call or emails. Cannot recommend.
