Customer service in the Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. They're so rude I'm going to call in a formal complaint. At least they're consistent, consistently Rude. Not a good practice read more

I was sitting in the drive through pharmacy window 5 mins before anyone even spoke to me.. only reason I was acknowledged is because they saw I was calling the store while at the window.. I was told I'd be helped momentarily (after 5/10mins of silence and having to call the store). It's common courtesy to address a customer, even if they're going to wait. Then I don't receive my full order and had to return. I had tried just calling the pharmacy to see if what I needed was there but stayed on hold 15 mins WHILE BACK IN LINE again because no one was answering the phone. I'm at the window again and told they can't find it... I insist they look again and low an behold, what I need. Not happy with the service today. read more

. And the Rute Aid drama continues!!!!! Well as you can for you for my last review this place sucks and unless you want your money stolen stay far far away!!!! Now to update all my fellow yelpers about the Rite Aid in this little bitty town. They started charging me for my prescription even though I have absolutely no copay for my medication from my health insurance. Imagine my surprise when I go to pick up a prescription and then all of a sudden am charged. well what does a person do when something like this happens when your picking up meds you need to survive? You end up standing in the pharmacy at the register paying for your prescription because you need your medication. I ended up calling my health insurance when I got home to ask them about this so-called copay since that's what Rite-Aid insisted was the reason I was being charged. Just as I thought my health insurance has not changed and I had absolutely no co-pay. The following month put my prescription in and went to go pick it up and they were again trying to charge me. Sat there and argued with the idiot Pharmacy staff because I was not going to be letting them steal from me anymore. I changed all my prescriptions to a local pharmacy and guess what magically no co-pay. That just proves my point that this Rite Aid Pharmacy will do anything and everything to steal money from their customers and that's freaking ridiculous!!!! read more

Since we have no Walmart or Kmart or anything like that in the shrinking-village-o-Blythe.......I guess we are lucky to have a fully appointed "Variety Store" here in town. But frankly Bandy's Pharmacy near Dominos is faster, friendlier and probably cheaper for Prescriptions.If you are shopping for Laundry Soaps& over-the counter remedies , paper goods, trash bags,and cleaning supplies , you will find they are Far cheaper atDollar General nearby. I did think some of their (esp."on sale")LIQUOR PRICES were better than liquor stores around town. Do shop the sales is my best tip for this store ! read more

I have to say that they have the worst customer service of all the stores I've been in. When I called last night to see if my prescription was ready, the girl was rude, short and lacked any customer service skills. When I went today to pick up my prescription, for which I do not have insurance, she put it in the computer, added the other couple of things that I was buying, I gave her theGood Rx coupon that was on my phone, she got all pissy and told me I'd have to wait so that they could "re-bill" it. Wtf? When I go to Walgreens or Costco with this I just give it to the cashier and they immediately give me the discount. Meanwhile, while I am waiting for the so-called re-bill, I'm watching the pharmacist and the pharmacist assistant sitting on stools chatting and not working on fixing the prescription for me. I Have come into this store a few times to grab little items I need such as ice, over the counter medications, birthday cards, ice cream and other items & anytime I come into the store the workers are friendly helpful and I get checked out very quickly. The only problem I had was one day I went to buy cough medicine and I was asked for Identification as if I was some kid looking to abuse this cough medication and use it to get high and you could clearly see that I was sick with a cough and I look well over the age of 18, I understand it's the job of the associate to make sure they are selling an age restricted product in the correct manner to avoid getting in trouble with the law or with managers of the store but you could use common sense in these situations and know that if someone looks of age and is clearly sick that you don't need to be asking for Identification. read more

My husband is going into the hospital for a huge herniated disc . Went to Emergency room and Doctor gave him a prescription for pain. The pharmacists first said that rite aid doesn't fill FILL prescriptions for people who are not repeat customers. Then we went back and they changed story that they didn't have enough of MEDICATION. First time they did. The pharmacist was a black lady who I feel was very much RACIST. My husband is a 67 year old white man. She changed her story. We paid 150.00 for a prescription that would of cost 16.00 at rite aid. With good RX. I or any of my family will NEVER EVER use rite aid again. RACIST AGAINST WHITE PEOPLE HAVING SURGERY IN A MONTH. read more

I rarely give 1 star reviews but coming here is such a disappointment every time! It's one of the few stores in town the employees are not helpful nor friendly and it never fails for one of them to get on the intercom and call a security check on whatever aisle I happen to be on! It's frustrating and embarrassing I was loss prevention at one point and would never accuse anyone of anything without being absolutely sure something wrong was done! This has to be brought up to their attention it's not ok! read more

If I could I would rate this store a 0. I am livid and in total shock as I browsed the store helping my handicapped mother in law buy some necessary toilet trees. I have only been in Blythe less than and hour and I am already left heartbroken at what I saw. The prices here are so ridiculous people might think it's a joke. It truly infuriates me to know that the owners of this store would take advantage of its own people. People that do not have any means to travel or that are handicapped and etc have no other choice but to come here and shop for their necessities. I am not going to stop with this review and that's a promise. Rite aid is a total bully to the people in this town and I hate bullies. Rite aid you should be ashamed of yourself. Today is officially the last day I set foot in your store. I will attach a picture of what my mother in law bought it totaled $49 something. The one star I will definitely give it to the cashier that helped us, she had amazing customer service despite the fact she knew I was upset at how much my $$ my mother in law was spending. read more

My daughter started coughing while we were traveling. We stopped to pick up cough medicine for her. I found what I needed and went to the pharmacy area and asked for a oral syringe. The lady behind the counter responded by saying "they are for prescriptions only you can find them on aisle 5" (aisle 5 is in front of the pharmacy) I proceeded to aisle 5 and looked up and down the aisle and did not find it.(Meanwhile the lady and the pharmacist are watching me through the window) The lady comes out and looks up and down the aisle and did not find it. She told me "it comes with a cup" I told her yes I know but since we are traveling a syringe would be easier. She still refused to give me syringe. :-/ really?!?! read more
