Do NOT use this pharmacy! I've been trying to get a medication filled for 7 days at this point with no luck. They do not answer their phones and if you go into the store the line has 10+ people in it. Everyone in line is complaining about the same thing--how long they've been trying to get their Rx filled and how no one answers the phones. I understand that this Rite Aid location may be experiencing an influx in new customers since the CVS closed (I am one of those people myself), but they should at least have someone answering the phones to let people know wait times are longer than usual and if they urgently need a medication to temporarily get it filled at another location. read more

Do not go to this pharmacy in Brookville. Customer service is horrible. It took 6 days to get a refill for my high blood pressure medication. When I tried to transfer my prescription to Walgreens they wouldn't send the my information to Walgreens. Walgreens told me they won't answer the phone or cooperate in sending my prescription information to them. I filed a complaint against this business with the Ohio State Pharmacy Board. I have asked my Doctor to change my pharmacy to Walgreens. read more

Well Amy B. It's been over 7 months since your review and the pharmacy hasn't improved any. My Dr called my Rx in exactly a week from today, yesterday I went to pick up and they said they were being ordered.... This review is not for entire store, just specifically the pharmacy. My doctor called in a script for me, early afternoon and i went to pick up late evening. I stood waiting to be helped for over 5 minutes before tech walked over and finally acknowledged me. He said it'd take him a few minutes for him to get ready. I asked if I'd be called over intercom or texted when it was ready but he said to just come back up on a few minutes. I waited 10 minutes and then got in line behind 3 people. Waited in line for over 10 minutes! When it's finally my turn he says pharmacist has to check it and it'll be longer. I walked out without my prescription! Oh, and 4 different people also left without their prescriptions and did i mention that they closed the drive thru? Now I've been waiting in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes and that same tech is working and moving at a snails pace, zero sense of urgency. DO BETTER RITE AID PHARMACY!
