My biggest draw to Walgreens, was their points program. Unfortunately, they changed it a few years ago, and I no longer get points for my prescriptions that have no cost. I actually changed my insurance so that I could stay with Walgreens. Specifics about this location... They are S L O W. And not normal pharmacy slow, but slow like they just don't care about you slow. They have had a sign on their drive thru for months that the drive thru bell doesn't work, so you have to go inside. I started having my prescriptions shipped, because it was easier than dealing with them in person. I constantly have prescriptions that aren't filled or ones that are filled incorrectly. When you call, the pharmacist is trying to do 12 other things at once. I have never had their undivided attention in the nearly 2 years that I've been using this location. Lack of attention to the customer, lack of urgency to fix problems, and just overall lack of care, makes this a less than ideal place to get your prescriptions filled.

With out question the BEST in Montgomery County. All of the people working in the Pharmacy have done an excellent with taking caution to make sure that all of the meds that I received, even from local doctors will not effect any other meds that I take. They stay on top of the meds and their expiration times, not only for me but for my wife as well.If they don't have a med available, and I need it right away, they find another Pharmacy that has it, and they send me there. Call again, well there's a problem with the script the doc office didn't put how many days it's for. They have left several messages with docs. I'm like why wasn't I contacted? I could have gotten it resolved yesterday so now its Saturday afternoon office is closed til Monday, thanks so much pharmacy staff. Hope you never have chronic pain and have to deal with incompetent people!
