By far the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had at a Walmart. The employees were fine, There's nothing on their shelves whatsoever..,. No bananas ... or just mostly out of everything that you really needed to buy. If you are going to go. Go in the morning - you might have more luck. Misleading ads online. Offered firestone tires they do not carry. Was updated to a set of tires with 2 people ahead of me.v2 hours later my truck still hadn't been touched. They finally took it back, 45 min later the guy comes back to say he can't figure out how to remove the lug nuts. I just left, not even an apology offered. It's the place for false advertisement and incompetence. read more

She made my weird situation so much better through her assistance with phone support. People like Marla really make such a huge difference. Placed an online order last night. They cancelled it less than one hour before pick up. I called to see if the item was in stock and they hung up on me. I tried calling back several times no answer. Newer Wal-Mart. Small for a SuperCenter Easy access to highway (unless you are going to rob them... then it's really bad) The store is much better run than what it replaced on Salem Ave... but that's not saying much. Unfortunately, the dairy manager seems a bit inept at holiday ordering as he was out of Egg Nog Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas. The eggs and milk section were obliterated on both visits. The book section was laughable. I know for a fact Ohioans read and read well. It looks like the Wal-Mart censors have censored themselves right out of selling books. Pity. Great place to get your chinese products with every ounce of profit squeezed out of them by the Wal-Mart Gods. read more

I joined WalMart + because I'm not able to shop any more in a store, especially a large one. This month they have put several charges through my bank totaling almost $40 over what it should be. It's also more than they list as a "temporary hold" on the printout of my order. I keep very precise track of all orders I place with all different stores. Last month they overcharged me a little, so I let it go because I found there is no way to get hold of them by phone, email or text. But this time it's too much. I am a senior living on a fixed income with everything budgeted to the penny, and all these different charges that total more than what I ordered is jepardizing my livelihood. What if my rent check goes through now and there's not enough money to cover it because of the extra $40 WalMart has taken out of my account?? I wouldn't know it until I checked my account (usually once a day), and by then it would be too late. A bank charge for insufficient funds plus the $40 short would equal over $70, which I wouldn't have, living on a fixed income. I'm VERY upset with WalMart - AGAIN! But it looks like the only thing I can do is not renew the WalMart +. They have a monopoly with premeditated intent, and they know it. How I wish there was something I (and others, I'm sure) could do about it. read more

Brought my father's old truck in for oil change and 2 new tires (Based on my sister's advice on the tires). Once i looked at the tires, i realized they were fine so I told the tech, just the oil change and inspection. He had to have a co-worker assist him with canceling the tires. So they process it, hand me my claim ticket and I'm off. 2 hours later I come back and he rings me out at $207!?!??? Apparently, the tires were not taken off the order. The manager comes out and we go over it a time or two...it's going to be like an hour to get it back in and done. ...to save us time and aggravation, he offers to drop the tires down by $80 and take off the labor costs. All done for $99. Why 4 stars? Mistakes happen but it's how they are handled that makes a business. They were friendly and accomadating. I will go back when i am in town. read more

Never made it into the store because of the number of people rushing in and not keeping any distance at all. As I was getting a cart, an employee pushed about 30 carts into my back. Then he yelled that he stopped them. I yelled back that I, in fact, stopped them with my back. I decided this experience could not get better. Never will go back to this Wal-Mart!! read more

I think its pretty crappy that putting an item in your cart doesn't 'reserve' it. taking items out of the cart during the checkout process is just plain rude and aggravating! I know black friday deals are very popular but Walmart should know by now and have enough or do a system to where once in cart you have 5 mins to checkout and then next in line can get it. not snatch it out at the last min! I had the xbox x series IN MY CART and click shipping and payment method and then click place order and it said something like 'sorry santas elves went back to the North Pole" so insulting!! Thats all my son wanted for Christmas! and with the coronavirus shopping online versus in store is what we need to do. this is bs that we can't get the items online and have it taken out of the cart. Walmart has need sooooo disappointing over the years. I'm ready to quit shopping there all together. your employees are rude and non friendly so are your managers. Plus I ordered an item from this particular Walmart for pickup, it took almost a week (weighted blanket on Black Friday) and just able to pick up today, Tuesday. and we had to wait 10 minutes AFTER checking in and parking. it was cold and snowing outside! read more

My fault for coming into this place. Stood in line for twenty minutes to return something while five employees doing nothing ignored me. What do you expect when they pay for and get the worst rejects the labor force has to offer. I don't know but I would guess you get better service at an inner city welfare line. Terrible Walmart....terrible customer serve...took my car to the automotive department to get tire repair..waited 45 minutes just for them to tell me they broke my lug bolt off trying to remove the tire. Will never take car here again. Bought a tv here and took 30 minutes just to get someone to assist me. read more

Had a flat on by trailer tire. Went to Englewood, Ohio and bought a tire and wheel. No problems, took some time to find a clerk, but all in all not bad. Going to use it as a spare. But then I took my custom tire to Eaton Walmart. Took a really long time to find a clerk and she couldnt help. I then progressed to Doug, Doug was good! He ordered a tire, gave me quote, told me I could pick it up the next day after 12 pm, noon. So the next day I went back around 2 and had had yell to fine anyone. Not an anger yell, just a loud one. I showed them the quote and they started looking for the tire. An HOUR later they said they couldn't find the tire. Two days later (today) I get a notification text to come on in my tire is in. So I went in and it took a while to get the crew cut man to understand. He entered me into the system and I asked them how long this would take, (to put on a trailer tire to my rim.) He said, "there are two oil changes and a tire rotation ahead of you". I stated," it was promised for sat. Give me wheel and I left". On my way out I heard him say, well we can cancel that today. I immediately drove to my tire store. My tire is promised for 10:30am. It will cost me $15 more. But no frustration is worth it. read more

Prices are anywhere from 50 cents to $1 or more, less than Kroger or Meijer. Only issue is not enough cashiers and the long self service counter is always closed. Clothes are ok, groceries are good and Great Value items I have found to be as good as name brands and a lot cheaper. read more

Staff here for the most part are rude. Cant shop without dish employees wanting to stop you every visit to talk about your tv service provider. Not to mention taking my child to the restroom where there was no soap. Only to watch an employee walk out and continue doing their job without washing their hands or asking someone to fill it. I Try not to come here unless its absolutely necessary due to these reasons. I usually drive out of my way to shop at a different walmart or store. read more

Walmart has nearly everything. This particular location just got a recent make over with a new paint scheme, new shopping carts, and other visual attractions. This Walmart is a pretty busy place as it sits between Englewood, Clayton, Brookville, and Trotwood. Unfortunately the Trotwood Walmart closed down years ago due to theft and what-not; because of this, many of the Trotwood residents that trashed the other Walmart now come to this one and carelessly trash the store. As with any company, some employees are hard workers, some are lazy. I've ran into both at this location, but unfortunately, it's usually the poor experiences that stick in your mind. The consensus among people I know is that this Walmart never has enough checkout lanes open. At night, after 10, you're lucky to find 2 lanes open... for the volume of customers they get, it quickly becomes annoying waiting so long to check out. They do have decent prices though and that's why I frequently find myself there other than convenience. read more

Wal-Mart is becoming one of the worse stores to shop at. I went to Walmart Black Friday for a pair of wireless earbuds they were $48 they say they didn't have them , so I looked them up online to order them from Walmart.com and the said they were in stock at my location and it was pickup only. When I arrived at the store the lady back in electronics scan the spot where they were suppose to be to only find out that there were 6 on the floor and 4 in the bin in the back it showed 10 in the store a manager by the name of KEVIN went to the back to go look for them I waited 45 mins and no earbuds he said he couldn't find them. Now mind you I took a screenshot and showed them they were $30 online he said he would unload the truck and continue looking for them he gave me his number and said call and ask for him and he would put them to the side and discount them. I called to pick them up and they have one pair but won't sell them to me for a discounted price because Kevin is not there and they won't hold them either. So guess who is missing a Christmas present for their spouse I am and that's bull crap!!!! Shame on you Wal-Mart! read more
