Today, she told my husband that my prescription needed pre-approval from my insurance and she couldn't fill it until then. Funny, I have the approval (MAILED from my insurance company) in writing. She has electronic access to that same approval dated 3 days ago. Before sending my husband to the pharmacy today, I tried calling to confirm the refill was ready for 2 solid hours. No one answers the pharmacy phone; yet there was only 1 customer in the store when my husband went in. Waste of time!!! Take your time, money & health elsewhere.

You can get a pre-made sandwich, sushi, microwaveable meals, made to order sandwiches, etc. I settled on getting some sushi. Checkout was quick and easy. Staff was very helpful when I had a problem finding where their napkins are located. I was lucky enough to have stopped in on a beautiful day that I took advantage of their outside dining area. Parking was easy I was able to find a spot right away and was even able to get gas while I stop which was much needed.

They're always behind, it's like Christmas to show up and actually have your medication ready. But you know what? These employees ARE moody, and I get it. I watched this woman fully berate one of the girls the other night for no actual reason that I could tell. She even turned to me and tried to get me to join in! They need more staff, or better staff (I'm not judging). I'd have an attitude if I was treated so poorly. Giving them more people behind the counter might mean us getting our meds on time, and maybe less hassle for everyone? Just a thought.

I believe no one in the pharmacy cares about anyone. prescriptions are written for a reason for sick pepole & in my case my wife just had surgery so it's not a place for nasty people who don't care. I would suggest getting rid of them & find someone who needs a job that know how to talk to people & maybe hire an extra person to help.
