Finally someone comes to the window and tells me they don't have my prescription because are out of pills! They promised the prescription would be filled by Friday. It is now Saturday, no one has called or texted, and I am completely out of medicine. I can't get any information on my account through the RiteAid website. I tried calling the Noblestown store 4 times and was hung up on before anyone answered, on the 5th call finally someone spoke, saying "can you hold please?" Now I've been on hold for over TWENTY-ONE minutes. I need this medicine TODAY or I will likely have to go to the hospital! WTH?!?!

They do offer coupons on your receipt or on occasion you can get 20% provided you use it over a certain weekend. What frustrates me most is having to wait for medication because of my plan. I obtain new prescriptions and then I'm told that it is too soon to fill because there is supposedly more pills on my expired one. Yesterday I was told by my doctor that she would overwrite one I needed for personal reasons and again I see I can't fill it because they have the old refill in place which should have been eradicated. I do plan to have this matter addressed with my prescription plan on how they expect me to go on if I don't have enough medication and a new script is sitting there. Other than that they are are just your everyday pharmacy and like a convenience store expect to pay more for items you need in a hurry.

As an extra care card member which is free I'm able to get discounts on various merchandise throughout the store. I also get discounts via email. This location is smaller than some of them since they don't have a "minute clinic" inside. The pharmacy does offer vaccines including CoVid and will accept most insurances. They sell grocery store items, stationery, computer accessories, makeup, dental care and pretty much your usual run of the mill stuff. Expect to pay more here than at a regular grocery store however, if you can snag one of their coupons then it is worth the savings. You also can get "rewards" in the form of "extra bucks" which can also bring down the cost. Like so many other stores there are a bunch of empty shelves due to supply chain issues. The pharmacy does offer home delivery and automatic refill if you have an active prescription. The pharmacist is on hand to answer any questions you may have. Please note that the pharmacy's is closed from 12:30-1:00 daily for lunch. They also have drive in pharmacy services if you prefer to wait in your car. There is plenty of parking available in their lot. Located on Steuben St and Foster Ave, it sits near the Crafton Ingram shopping center.

He would not listen to our explanation of it so we had to get a manager involved and make another trip to get it filled. Then my daughter had a new insurance card and told him about it when she got there, he cut her off mid-sentence and said, "I will tell you when to pay and how." He charged her $75 for what should have been $1, which we found out about when we went to another CVS Pharmacy located 10 minutes down the road. Love that I can pop in and grab some essential groceries too. All in all, run of the mill pharmacy.
