Store is always clean, staff friendly, love the drive through. Prescriptions filled in a timely manner, notifications sent, can pay beforehand easily. Only issue is that they are always under staffed. Thank you to the employees that are there. read more

A bunch of older reviews here saying that things were bad - and I think that they were back then, but in the last few years the pharmacy has cleaned up its act and is run well. The occasional checkout clerk who is completely lost in the pharmacy, but they don't last long! Turn-over seems high at checkout. I have to disagree with the other comments that I have seen on here regarding the pharmacy. I switched from CVS almost a year ago and I have never been more impressed (considering I switched from CVS). On two (2) different occasions, the pharmacist at the pharmacy has been proactive in providing me above and beyond care. My insurance was only authorizing my prescription every 30 days. If, however, my prescription was finished over a weekend, a holiday weekend or a month with 31 days you could find yourself without. Paul, the pharmacist behind the counter, was able to implement me into a program where I could receive my medication an entire week sooner. Another time, my PCP forgot to fax in my prescription after assuring me it would be done. The pharmacist overheard me at the counter and reached out and personally contacted the office to get the paper work allowing me to be on my way. read more

Pharmacy just processes orders. Swiped my debit card and the machine asked if I wanted cash back. I chose yes. After this the lady replied she did not have cash cancelled my transaction and said I would have to swipe again. I commented that the machine should have not asked if I wanted cash back since it was not an option. She walked away as fast as she could and replied I do not program the machines. Could have put up a note, could have said sorry, I'll bring it up to my manager. Poor customer service read more

If I could give no stars I would. One star will have to suffice. They have incorrectly filled my nephew's prescription and then had the audacity to suggest his parent's just didn't know if his prescription had changed. He is battling cancer so I promise you they are extremely on top of his medications. One of the times his medication was open and half was missing. The most recent was the evening and they couldn't even mix his medication properly. Highly recommend getting your prescriptions filled, literally, ANYWHERE else. read more

Been a customer for 15 years and just like that I will switch to Walmart or target. They don't care I'm just a number to them. I call they say it will be ready at 5 I go they say another 15 min so the wife and I shopped around for 40 min . I go back again they said they are working on mine now just another 15 min I said Ok I go back after a half hour and they said it's not ready. So now I'm upset asked for my script back. Cheryl in pharmacy needs to be taught customer service or take break and refresh. I'm just a family of 4 they lost and my parents and sister and brothers stop going there. Maybe Rite Aid will see there is a problem in pharmacy. I hope someone from corporate talks to her because I wrote them but I doubt I'll hear anything back. read more

The worst pharmacy and pharmacy staff. They are so ill informed and their policy for refills seems to change with the day or who is working. If anyone else carried my medication I would be going elsewhere. The girl behind the counter is nasty and disrespectful. read more

The pharmacy is wildly inept, I have to agree unfortunately. When you call for refills you give a phone number in case there is a question or a problem with the prescription however, IF in fact there is a question or problem no one EVER calls. You discover, when in a hurry and trying to rush in and out, lo and behold, they had a problem. The store itself is fantastic. read more

I have been using this pharmacy for years and have nothing but good feelings about their service and professional capabilities. They have gone out of their way to answer questions and to explain any problems I may have. They are not responsible for the charges driven by the insurance companies so they can not be blamed for that inconvenience. read more
