Their voicemail/answering machine gives the wrong hours of operation. So watch out. I made a drive over there in horrible weather one day only to find out they were already closed. The employees were still in the parking lot chatting so I asked them why they were closed when the voicemail says otherwise and they responded "yea, we know. So I tried to return the unopened bundle on Saturday the man working at the counter said only the owner could help me to call back Sunday Morning. and as we were discussing this the man behind me stated he had heard the same thing about the wood here.So i called on Sunday the owner was not there and she also could not help me. I would have to call on Monday So i left my name and number. When the owner did call me back she just left a voicemail stating wood sales are final. I called her back again to talk to her when i tried to tell her about everything we used to try to get it to light she said wood sales are final again I tried to tell her about the man behind me at the store. i told her i would not be back as a customer she said she thats ok she doesnt want me as customer!
