Some of the people who work here are super friendly and helpful. Some are not. At the end of the day, it's a Walgreens. There's a drive-thru, which is nice. Sometimes it moves quickly, sometimes it doesn't. Also, the parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of unless you're traveling west on Appleway. Otherwise it's a headache.

The store is a little poorly laid out, but I think that's a common feature of a lot of Walmart locations. The two things that really bring this location down for me are: the online order pickup, and the parking lot. The online order pickup is located in a odd part of the store, it's not at the customer service counter, and even for just one item you still have to go in and there's not really a clear space to stand or clear marking of where the area is. The second thing that brings this location down is the parking lot. The parking lot is absolutely a mess. It doesn't help that it's coming off of State highway 95, but it's difficult to get into, it's difficult to navigate once you're inside, and it's difficult to find a good place to park. I guess I lied, there are three things that bring this place down. The third thing is that it's far away from Coeur d'Alene and the freeway.

The doctor sent it in probably 30 minutes prior, but the techs said that they never got it, and even if it did come in within the next 15 minutes, they would not fill it because they were closing at 6, which was 15 minutes away. I told them that I needed it badly because my infant is constantly screaming in pain, and showed them the doctor summary paperwork showing that the prescription was ordered at the location. They proceeded to tell me that they were not going to fill it. They didn't care about the situation at all. I called the doctor back, had the prescription transferred, and picked it up in less than half an hour at another pharmacy. After purchasing an item, I found the exact same product two doors down for $10 less -- within five minutes. I returned immediately with the unopened item, only to be told they don't offer refunds to your card or cash back. Instead, they force you to accept store credit. This so-called "policy" was never posted anywhere in the store, and when I questioned it, the owner became rude and dismissive. This is not how you treat paying customers. A lack of transparency and poor attitude from management is unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I strongly urge others to think twice before shopping here. Know that if you change your mind -- even within minutes -- you're stuck with store credit whether you like it or not.

So you go back the next day, 12 customers length wait, to be told they still don't have it ready. I worked with said military medical facilities. They would make families wait in lobbies for hours for a prescription. This!? Lying twice, once automated phone message, and next in person.
