What I love about Walgreens photo is that you can upload your pics online through their website and have them printed at any store for pick up or have them mailed to you. They also offer same day pick-up. I was in town running an errand and chose this Walgreens since it was near my errand. When I walked in, I headed to the photo department and quickly and easily picked up my photo. While walking out, I took a quick look around and saw they had Snoop Dog wine. I thought that was pretty cool and surprised to see it. I think I'll go back to pick up a bottle as a novelty.

How do you rate a pharmacy?…read more Is it great? No. Is it the best option in the area? Probably. So what does that mean? I don't know. Sometimes the line moves fast, sometimes it's slow. Some of the people who work here are super friendly and helpful. Some are not. At the end of the day, it's a Walgreens. There's a drive-thru, which is nice. Sometimes it moves quickly, sometimes it doesn't. Also, the parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of unless you're traveling west on Appleway. Otherwise it's a headache.

The store is a little poorly laid out, but I think that's a common feature of a lot of Walmart locations. The two things that really bring this location down for me are: the online order pickup, and the parking lot. The online order pickup is located in a odd part of the store, it's not at the customer service counter, and even for just one item you still have to go in and there's not really a clear space to stand or clear marking of where the area is. The second thing that brings this location down is the parking lot. The parking lot is absolutely a mess. It doesn't help that it's coming off of State highway 95, but it's difficult to get into, it's difficult to navigate once you're inside, and it's difficult to find a good place to park. I guess I lied, there are three things that bring this place down. The third thing is that it's far away from Coeur d'Alene and the freeway.

You get a call that says your prescription's ready, so you go there, wait in a line 12 customers long, and when you get to the window they say, "we're still working on it." You don't see them handling your pills in that moment, or printing off your labels, so you know that part is false. But you'd think they'd be done in 24hrs. So you go back the next day, 12 customers length wait, to be told they still don't have it ready. I worked with said military medical facilities. They would make families wait in lobbies for hours for a prescription. This!? Lying twice, once automated phone message, and next in person. A big F U to people who NEED prescriptions or they will die without them, or worse, live long enough to see that this place will never go out of business because where else can we go to get our meds? I suppose Fairchild AFB. Just mind the smell when you get up to the pharm window. The COVID masks won't save you from poor hygiene if Fairchild is anything like the other bases I've been to.

They are typically pretty good at keeping the parking area free of carts. There is always room for me to park in the back 40 far away from the door dingers:-) Store: 5/5 the store is always very clean and they recently remodeled and labeled the store much better. All freezer aisle doors are properly labeled and there are tabs throughout so that you know the exact location in the aisle. They also have an expansive beer and wine selection. There are many 1/2 off items for quick sale and I shop those sales frequently! I love seeing how much I save. Customer service: 3.5/5 typically the customer service is on point but every once in awhile it is not. There is a petite woman in the deli who can't smile to save her life. Also, I have attempted to ask this woman something on 2 occasions and she cut me off both times to answer a question I was not asking. If one does not allow the other to complete a question then typically their attempt at an answer is haphazard. Both times I had to repeat the question and both time the woman was incredibly annoyed by this?!?! Being interrupted is one of my biggest pet peeves, I dislike the beginning of someone's sentence starting in the middle of mine. I tend to bring reusable bags in when I shop and one of those bags is a 49er bag (I am a die hard fan)... There have been a few times where the staff feels the need to negatively comment on my choices. Sometimes it is funny and friendly banter ensues but other times it is not so friendly as the Seahawks and 49ers have a huge rivalry. There is a woman, Letha, who works as a checker and I will go to her line even if it is the longest line in the store. This woman loves working with the public and it shows. She really makes this store shine compared to others. Last week the person checkin out ahead of me was celebrating his bday and she got on the loud speaker and sang to him (in her best Marilyn Monroe impersonation). I would like to express my displeasure in the staff. I got 3 different answers about a needed…read moreprescription for my wife's pain medication for her cancer. I called twice to ask when prescription would be ready on August 25th at 10:00 am. I was told she was given a 2 week supply on August 6th. The doctor prescribed 90 pain medication. Safeway Neider only filled 56, as they ran out. On the prescription bottle it reads Qty 56 with Qty remaining of 34. The two weeks would have been August 20th. there was ZERO communication to myself or my wife why the remaining 34 were not filled on August 20th. when I called and spoke to pharmacist about the remainder, she had no idea that the two weeks would have been on the 20th. she said the remainder would be done at noon. I went at noon and was told the pharmacist was giving injections and to come back at 3:00. I got there at 3:30 and was told it was not ready yet and to come back after 5:00. I went at 5:45 and was then told we would have to contact provider to issue a new prescription as they wouldn't fill the remainder. the pharmacist came over with a very poor attitude as I was getting frustrated with the run around. she said they only filled what insurance approved. three different stories and still no prescription for my wife who desperately needs the pain medication. this is at least the 4th time we have been told this pharmacy had run out of the medication but this time it was certainly needed and the staff flat out lied 3 times in one day. I don't appreciate the snide attitude of the pharmacist and I apologize for my reaction but am very unhappy and disappointed in their lack of truthful responses. There was absolutely ZERO communication to my wife or myself on this situation. Had it been told up front I may have been ok with it but my wife has been out of her MUCH needed pain medication and has suffered for the 5 days without it with no fault of ours. This is ALL on this pharmacy
