This pharmacy has gone to shit. I have used them for so many years and for at about the past year I have issues with getting prescriptions almost every time and they are so rude. I have had to go back multiple times for the same prescription cause they end up giving me a different reason as to why it's not done yet. read more

Every time I go I to this store the employees from the front to the pharmacy are so rude. Last time I went in I was the only person in the store and I stood at the counter while the lady working stocked shelves and ignored me. After standing there for a good 5 min. I rated this specific store a 1-star, but being honest about it I believe that is still pushing it. My transgender friend came here to get needles for his testosterone injections but they denied him the needles. The customer service at this location is exceptional! Always so friendly and beyond helpful! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING employees! Marcy is the nicest, friendliest most helpful employee I've ever had the pleasure of being helped by! She went above and beyond to help me and this was 10 minutes before the store was closing and her attitude was as if they had just opened! I will always choose this location even if I have to drive further out of my way! They always have a table near the door that has clearance items that are like 75% off! Such great deals an exceptional customer service from one little store in one little town will put a smile on your face every time! read more

This is my place to go for my & my family's rx's, vaccinations and over the counter meds. There are some great longtime employees in the pharmacy that I trust to help us with all our medical needs. The store has a high employee turn over rate and most of the longtime employees have left for other jobs. This location goes through a lot of managers with them either getting let go or being such a good manager they get transferred to a more productive store. It's nice that it's close and that they have good hours so you can popin real quick get what you need and be done. read more

Went in this morning the manager was so rude they needed an override in the pharmacy I just had cases of water fall on me in Walmart I wanted to get home didn't feel good so I asked the manager if she could override it she was rude and told me very snarky if I did that I get fired I can't go back there, I turned to the leafy behind the counter and explained wow I just asked a question, then a lady asked her if they had key rings she didn't look she I don't think we're have them and so I told the lady they do in automotive but the manager could be bothered. Clean and has what you need but the employees are rude and will not hesatate to throw you out. Last time I went in there I went and grabbed my self a Dr. Pepper and then walked over to the magazine isle and was searching threw the piles of magazines on the shelves when a employee came up to me and told me that I needed to leave! I usually enjoy Rite Aid stores but this one- no. There's this woman that's always working when I come in and she's such a bitch, like really. She's so condescending and always treats me horribly. For some reason the people in there assume I'm stealing just because I'm 16. I have never stolen from a store in my life, and I always pay for everything. It's really shocking that I have employees follow me around to make sure I don't steal anything. Whenever I'm with my mom, it's a different story; the employees are OK, except for that one woman who's constantly horrible and nobody just follows us around. All the employees have one major problem that makes me want to SCREAM! I'll go to check out my stuff and they ignore me and ring up my items. They don't talk to me unless they are taking my money and then they throw everything into a plastic bag and ask for the next person in line. Like really? I'm standing here, straightening up the things you threw in this bag and I'm putting my money away still. And don't get me started on the Ben & Jerry's there. I don't know how they come to them on the delivery truck or if they're freezing them wrong or what, but every time I get something with chunks of cookie dough or brownies, it has the consistency of powder and it doesn't make sense! rite aid's just arent very good or important. for this location specifically, the only stand out/reason to go is that its quiet. im not sure if thats always the case, but whenever i go its quiet. this one has also recently had a slight remodel, i think just the check out/cashiers area. its just another place, and u probably wont think about it ever. read more

I've only been in this rite-aid 4 times even though it's 2 miles from my house because it's not worth the convenience. I bought Halloween hair spray there once. Pretty hard to screw that up. Next time, I needed pin worm medication. This is a pharmacy. Pin worms are more common than lice. They do not carry any pin worm medication. They weren't out... they do not carry it. Again, this is primarily a pharmacy. And honestly, that's not the type of thing you want to have to ask for, let alone broadcast... the clerk loudly asked another clerk if and where it was located in the middle of the store. So unprofessional. 3rd visit... got my passport photo done and it was made perfectly clear upon asking for this device that though they offer passport services, it's quite an inconvenience. But it gets better... the photo was not lined up correctly or acceptable when I went to turn in my paperwork across town at the district court office. Went back to rite-aid to get pic re-done (4th visit) and the lady taking photo was so rude. I told her what the issue was and that I needed it redone. She looked at previous photo and said "it's because your teeth are showing. You aren't allowed to show your teeth." I said no. The district courts office said nothing about my teeth but said it was not lined up correctly. She took new pic, while I was talking, and then was annoyed I asked her to take it again. After it printed... it looked like exactly the same spacing as first one. I said "it looks the same to me" and my 7 year old said "except you aren't smiling" to which the clerk again said "yes, that's why those first pictures didn't work." No bitch. They didn't work because they aren't spaced right. She handed me the new photo and walked off. Guess what? I make the trip to district court, again, and am told these ones are spaced even worse than the first set. And that they frown upon teeth but it's not a deal breaker. I call rite aid and ask to talk to a supervisor just to avoid any further weirdness and before I make another trip, to verify I can just get a refund. Guess who gets on the phone? That chick is the supervisor. Makes sense... if that's your example of how to run a business, no wonder they are all inept and socially awkward. She did say I could get a refund, but did not care or apologize for all my wasted trips or inconvenience and after I say thank you and good bye she continues conversation by saying "you'll only get money back for one." I'm completely lost at this point and say "one what? I'm not sure what you are talking about." She says "just one of the sets of photos since you had them taken twice." ARE YOU F*CKING KIDDING ME? No shit. I politely said "well, that makes sense since I only paid for you to screw up the photos once. You guys are really over achievers at Rite-Aid". I'm going in to get my money back today for my 5th and final visit to this joke of a pharmacy/business. read more
