This walgreens on court st in Laconia , especially the pharmacy dept! Need to go to some classed on how to treat customers! The pharmacy tech 's are always grumpy and rude AF! I had a pick up today after a dr appt! I het good ole Gabe i trust was his name! Banging on the keys, gets all my personal info blah blah. i proceed to say I have a question, he drops script on counter , glares at me through his glasses over his mask! I say on my app it says xyz price with out insurance , However I do have insurance. Before i was done my sentence, what do u think i was doing on that computer ? I was updating insurance! Well how would i know that Gabe , mr slammy slammy eye rolling monotone kid! Maybe you should of told the customer what you were doing , i stead of being a storming Norman behind the counter!!! If you hate what you do find a new job , its not our fault!! My son had an appt for a Covid test that he needed to have for a trip. He showed up today for the…read moreappt only to be told that they had cancelled all the appointments!!!! They said they called but that never happened. And in fact, he received a confirmation from CVS for the appt. an hour before!!!! Despite this, they would provide no explanation for the cancellation and basically the pharmacist told him it was his problem and walked away. I called the local stores in nearby towns who could not fit us in [even though it was a CVS error] and called the CVS hotline , thought we had an alternate appointment 30 minutes away but then as was told it was no longer available. No help, not even an I'm sorry. Tests need to be done in a 72-hour period before travel- how can you just cancel the scheduled tests with no alternate solution for your customers!!!

I moved my prescriptions out of there but had to go pick up a prescription for my wife. I still go…read morethere, after all. The store is wonderful, and the people are amazing if you stay away from the pharmacy, that is. As I left the house, my wife gave me her new insurance card and asked to see if I could get a better price than the "GoodRx" price. When I got to the Pharmacy, I held my breath, as the "aged 3 foot abusive imp" was behind the counter. After insinuating I was stupid for waiting for her to call me over, I took more of her sarcastic abuse while she was checking the new insurance cost vs the GoodRx. Thankfully, I just smiled, tried to be pleasant, got my wife's prescription, and got out of there with just a fraction of the abuse I got last time. I just don't understand how anyone could be so unhappy. Wow, how could anyone tolerate this bridge troll time and time again? Hopefully it'll be a good long time before I have to face her again. I will still go back to the store for the nutraceuticals, cards, etc..., but hope my wife will get her own prescriptions from now on....

Got an appointment online for vaccination. Arrived on time. Was told there would be "quite a wait"…read more When I asked about time frame, was told between 30-40 minutes. Sat, sat, sat, sat, waited, sat. Finally was called up to fill paperwork out (mind you I had filled out info online as well). Had a gentleman come up and interrupt the person who was giving me my paperwork after 25 minute wait, he asked for walk up vaccines and was told they would get to him in about the same time as they quoted me with an appointment. Poor customer service and very limited services. Oh - and didn't meet their quoted wait time for the delay on my appointment time. From what they were quoting walk ups - not sure they treat appointments any differently than they do walk ups.

Got to Walgreens at 1:45 they told me " her script will be ready at 2:15 -2:30 pm because the pharmacist was on lunch" My husband went there at 2:30 they then told him the " pharmacist was in a convention and it wouldn't be done till 3:15-3:30 . " then my husband went back AGAIN at 3:50 pm and was told " IT STILL Wasnt READY BECAUSE HE WAS DOING FLU SHOTS" so he called me from the parking lot and I called with frustration because my daughter had been crying for hours in pain . They then proceeded to tell me that they had 6 FLU shots to do and they couldn't give me a exact time! after I said I would pick her script up and go somewhere else they then said another 20 min! This is uncalled for! Someone comes out of surgery and they need their meds right away and the Pharmacist is taking FLU shots over this! 3 times driving to the pharmacy is uncalled for ! I bet if this was his kid it be different ! I'm over Walgreens nothing but problems !
