Melissa Schlenker, who I believe is the Head Pharmacist, does such an outstanding job of going the extra mile for each and every customer. She has the patience of a saint and is outstanding in every way. Her assistant, Kelly, is excellent as well. She knows her job and does it so well. I am thankful for such great people at our Hamburg Weis Pharmacy. I will conlude by saying that Amy Breidigan, Front Desk Manager is just wonderful. Always helpful and with a smile on her face. My thought here is that this was a Thrift Drug since you usually found them in a strip mall. Rite Aid swept in, gave it a makeover, and slapped their name on it. Even though the inside of this was newly remodeled it still had that feel that it is underutilized. You get that feeling because of the lack of items available on the shelves and in the coolers. I browsed for a bit, picked up a few items, and made my way to the counter. There was a minimal wait until a staff member who was performing two jobs in one came to the counter to ring me out.

Approximately 35-40 people at 5:00ish. The entire line was waiting for self checkout because there wasn't one register with a checkout employee open! I did not have time to wait another half an hour to self checkout. I left my cart in line and headed out of the store. I saw one young employee trying to monitor the self checkout. I tried to call the store on my way home several times to let them know I left my cart. No one ever answered the phone. I won't be back to this location. It's a an unorganized train wreck with barely any employees and poor customer service. Not a manager in sight.
