Very weird, but she was right, I had a $4 copay, the Pharmacist was very pleasant , and followed all the guidelines for administering the vaccine, she notified me, that I will need to come back in 2-6 months for a second dose. Then I needed to pick up a few things, and had coupons downloaded on my CVS app, total came to $76, and went down to $43 when all coupons came off at the end.

My pharmacy did exactly that, but the process became a nightmare. It took multiple phone calls, a faxed transfer request, and repeated follow-ups because the calls were not being answered. I even informed the staff that my pharmacy was trying to reach them and that the incoming calls were going unanswered. While I understand that pharmacy staff can be busy, there were approximately six employees present, many of whom appeared more focused on laughing and socializing than helping customers. Throughout the entire ordeal, I remained patient and respectful. Instead of receiving empathy or assistance, I was made to feel like my issue was an inconvenience. At one point, I was even asked, "Why are you still here?" which was both shocking and unprofessional given that I was simply waiting for a resolution to a problem they had the ability to address. After several attempts by my pharmacy, including multiple phone calls and fax requests, my prescription was finally filled. The lack of communication, customer service, and professionalism made this one of the worst pharmacy experiences I've had. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this CVS location for future pharmacy services.

I love to shop for everything at this Walmart store I know of the associates in Walmart since 2018…read morewhen I first moved to Pennsylvania they are friendly and very helpful I do have some issues with Walmart I'm a diabetic with stage 3 kidney disease there are a lot of things more for regular customers without food/sweets restrictions for example I'm am coffee drinker there are very limited flavors for sugar free creamers but more regular flavors for customers who ate not diabetics when I ask will Walmart be ordering different flavors for sugar free coffee creamers I literally absolutely feel dismissed like sorry I think and I know people like myself would like to be treated like regular customers and also I have to go Weis and actually find all sorts sugar free creamers I bought two bottles here shown in the picture and I actually saved $3.00 there are rarely enough salt free snacks like pretzels I had to go Giants and purchased salt free pretzels and why is self check only for scan an go and the self check out line for what ten items or less I literally hate standing so long on the line and is it possible to have the scented candles on another shelf it's really hard for a person with bad and back to bending down I hate to say it but who ever is in charge of ordering it seems regular customers matter instead of the ones who has concerns

I checked in at 7:30 PM and didn't receive my groceries until 10:00 PM. Customers who arrived after me were served before I was. No one answered the pickup phone or the store phone when I called for an update, and when I asked an associate for help after waiting over two hours, I was told to call 1-800-Walmart instead of anyone checking on my order.It was only after another customer, who was parked nearby, noticed that a grocery cart sitting next to his vehicle appeared to be my order and asked if it belonged to me that my order was finally located. An associate confirmed that the groceries were mine, meaning my order had apparently been sitting outside unattended while I continued waiting. To make matters worse, when I got home, I found a Walmart handheld scanning device inside one of my grocery bags. This experience reflects a serious lack of communication, organization, and attention to customers. I hope management addresses these issues because no customer should have to wait 2 1/2 hours for a pickup order that was apparently ready but not properly brought to them.
