I was told the store down the street had it but was holding on to it for another patient, no other information, maybe a few days they could pick it up, can Rite Aid reorder for the other patient, etc.. Was informed that it would be 7 - 9 days before one could get back to me, this was over a month ago and still no one has gotten back to me. Then he told her he was gonna make a horrible review about her and he ended up making this poor worker cry. For a man to sit there in full uniform and cuss someone out infront of muiltple witnesses who felt so bad for the lady that they tried to comfort her is honestly disgusting to see. I have been a customer of this location for about 2 years. Every time I go there, there is a huge…read moreline and it takes 20-30 minutes to pick up my prescriptions. The one time there was no line, I stood there for 10 minutes while someone was hanging up bags without even being acknowledged. Drive through has horribly long wait time as well. The staff has always been nice but they need more employees and I'm switching pharmacies. After over 2 years, there has been no improvement.
