I guess they expect you to just get frustrated and leave them alone. Certainly not the best customer service experience. I had avoided this store for a couple of years for this very reason and only recently started going back. That was my biggest mistake. Other than this big problem they're probably as good or as bad as any other 7-Eleven. Just don't expect any help from the employees if there's an issue.

Just went into this shop to buy beer. My friend lost his ID and showed a picture of it, and she…read morewouldn't let him buy it. So I showed the cashier my physical ID and I would buy it. She refused to sell it to us because she said it's illegal for her to sell it to me after someone with no ID came up with it. My friend is 3 years older then me. The cashier is in the wrong and doesn't know the law because I can buy it since I have my ID and it's my responsibility on what happens with the beer afterwards. Honestly this place should train their staff better since their staff are incompetent and should know what the law truly is. Never will come this place and recommend my friends in the area to avoid this place going forward.
