Buddy the Shih tzu the store's mascot is usually wandering the store or sleeping behind the counter, not fazed by the goings-on. I've had the folks put together gift baskets for me to donate to raffle at various nonprofit events, they have always been creative, and respectful of my budget. I walked in to an empty store with a woman and man behind the counter. They were engaged in a conversation as I walked by and didn't acknowledge they had a customer. No big deal, I walked to the wines to get Pinot Grigio and could not find what I wanted. I also needed Proseco but also couldn't find it in -so I was circling the store. I was in there almost 10 minutes. Part of that was curiosity to see if they would notice I needed help. No they did not and I decided to go to my local liquor store where they always greet you with a smile. As I walked towards the doors a Woman walked in and immediately the woman calls out to her " I love your boots" and they engage in conversation about how the woman bought them at Primark and they were such a good deal the lady couldn't believe it. If you don't feel you should be ackniwledged as a customer then this is the store for you.
