She told me to have my doctor call to release a medication earlier than it was supposed to be filled. I called back to tell her my Dr. would be calling to ask to have this medication released earlier. The same pharmacist when I called back was very terse with me and said she can't allow this to happen on a regular basis. There were some mix-ups and I ended up going into a high anxiety state because the prescription wasn't filled. Then, just the other day my Dr. called in and spoke with the same pharmacist. He told her to please release this medication immediately. My Doc called me and told me it would be ready. This pharmacist did NOT listen to my Doctors request for me to be able to pick up the meds today. She ignored my Doctors request and once again I would go into a deficit of my blood level and I would end up having severe panic attacks. I am trying to find another CVS near me. This woman pharmacist has a real problem. I adore everyone at this pharmacy on Wilkins - they are so helpful and friendly - but steer clear of this dour blonde haired pharmacist!
