Rosemary served me and was terrible. She was rude initially, no hello, how can I help you. Just what are you picking up? It'll take 15 mins are you coming back or are you going to wait. I said I'll wait. I shopped and bought peanuts. When I came up to the counter after 20 mins she went to get it. Rung up all my stuff and I asked if I had a prescription card on file. I did not . So my cousin told me to find one online and I did. She came back with a pen and paper for me to write it down. I did. She said it'll be another couple of mins and when I come up can I not be on the phone verbatim "cause ya know" so I told her no I don't, but I'm help me understand. She pulled up the bag , placed it on the counter and walked away. So I just grabbed the bag OFF THE COUNTER and paid for my stuff and when she came closer i said- hey, I just paid for it. It's waiting on you. She said I just entered in the prescription and you took the bag from behind the counter. I said first if all you put the bag ON THE COUNTER check the cameras. She said, no I don't care about that. So I'm thinking if you don't care then why are you accusing me of taking a bag from behind the counter? Just rude. I paid for my stuff and left. I came back up and her and the other 2 people were talking about me and I said to her, is your name rosemary- she said yes and you can report me too. I told her thank you but I don't need your permission to do so. I have a fever and strep throat and I do not live here and this is the type of service Rite Aide finds acceptable? Never in my 30 years have I experienced something like this at a pharmacy when people are supposed to be COMPASSIONATE to those who are I'll. She needs to get disciplinary action for her behavior and I want the cameras pulled from 6:40pm - 6:52pm on 4/26/2022 at the pick up counter. read more

Terrible customer service from the people in the pharmacy. They are not friendly, it feels more like your a bothering them and you always have to wait for someone at least several minutes before they acknowledge you're standing there waiting for assistance. read more

Why would they allow the cashier to wear earbuds while working? Bad enough she doesn't say hello or thank you or smile but to wear earbuds while working and dealing with the public is just RUDE. read more

The worst pharmacy service of any pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Slow , slow , slow... they never have anything.

Love this store! Personnel are so friendly! Security by the door to make you feel safe plus he is an excellent greeter! Love my 20% off with my rite aid card. Love love this company!!
