I truly dread going to the counter if I see her working. And don't even try to go to the photo counter here - you will stand there for a long time before anyone even acknowledges your presence. I got a passport photo taken here, and it was rejected by the USPS for guidelines.

I've definitely bought my share of aloe more than once here after a wicked sunburn from the beach. They also have a small toy selection, a few self-care/beauty things, etc. Pretty much anything you forgot to throw in your suitcase you can get replaced here. I also absolutely love that they still have the old soda fountain counter in the back. We love going and splitting a soda or a float like we're kids in the 1950s. The one thing I do miss is the large selection they used to have of beach toys and whatnot. Every visit we'd buy a kite to fly at the beach, or something goofy to take to oval like a big beach umbrella, chairs, or blow up floaties. It was always the highlight of our trip and I miss it!

When I went in to get them, I was told they would be be ready until the next day because they had to be ordered. The next day I called and they said they hadn't ordered them and it would be another day to get them. If I ever get these prescriptions from them, it will probably be the last time. No one ever notified me of the delay and they obviously don't care about customers if they are lying about ordering them and not calling to let me know about any delays.

I have put up with so much of their incompetence that I should have stopped using them years ago. They have taken my loyalty granted. When a prescription needs to be refilled by a certain date, and it is sent in from my doctor a week in advance, instead of ensuring that they will have enough when it needs to be filled, they wait until the day it needs to be filled, then look to see if they have enough. I have waited many times a week without being able to get my medication, and they could care less. Not only that, but they lie and use the excuse that they have to have the insurance "billed first," whatever that means. i have foolishly used Walgreens as my pharmacy for years. I have always had insurance coverage. There's no excuse for this. It's not even a truthful reason. They know my insurance covers it all the time. It makes no sense, because for those without insurance, who pay all out-of-pocket, what excuse do they give them. Again, my insurance has always covered all medications, and never without a hitch. There's no reason I, or any other customer, should have to wait until the medication is billed prior to getting it ready. I have seldom been able to get any of my medication on time. I have waited many times at least a week before I can get it. It messes up my insides. They are very aloof to that. They could care less if the customer has to go without. and when they're out, they say that it will be in within the next few days. and it never is. That's why I question whether they even put in orders every day.. They are aloof as the patient's health. No apologies, no understanding; but, hey, that's just the way it is, attitude. Another one of their excuses is that, hey, this medication is hard to get. It might be hard to get, but that's poor planning, or no planning whatsoever. They just don't care.. I shall never, ever have any of my medication filled by this pharmacy again. They don't deserve one star; it has caused me more harm physically and mentally than anything that I can imagine. And their attitude is, we don't care, you need us we don't need you. And this attitude comes from the pharmacist, not their other employees. This is the type of behavior you would expect from a state run pharmacy such as in the Soviet Union. Why they don't understand that a customer can go someplace else, such as I have regretfully done business with them for years, is mind-boggling. They need to go out of business before they wreck too many other's health.
