If you look at the other reviews here, you will unfortunately see a pattern. I wish I had read them beforehand. I purchased living room furniture in November and bedroom furniture in December, spending tens of thousands of dollars. The owner and his salesperson were full of lies and deceit. What followed was months of empty promises, unfulfilled deliveries, missed measurements 2x's (that didn't even fit my space), and mishandled funds To date, I am still missing my refund check that was repeatedly promised. Communication only happened when I constantly chased them down, and every excuse under the sun was given. Do not buy from them unless you can purchase the items in-store, take them home the same day, and verify everything yourself. Please protect your hard-earned money and look elsewhere. I have extensive documentation, receipts, and communication logs, and this matter is now being handled through legal channels. Save yourself the absolute nightmare. The post says Charles, but that's my husband. I, the wife, wrote the post, not him; he wants nothing else to do with this store he's done. I had great hopes when I came into this beautiful furniture store, but my experience was far from that. I placed an order in October of 2025, with a delivery promise of December 2025 and January 2026, neither deliveries were met. I called the establishment because I had not heard anything since placing the order. They had the incorrect address in the system, one of the items was discontinued and the other was not available until 4/26. Of course we canceled and was promised a refund. To date, I've not received my refund and Lamont the owner, has said a check was cut, but it's just lying around their establishment. Who does that? My belief is that they were never going to send me a refund. So now I have to seek legal action. This is not how you do business. You have been dishonest with me throughout this entire ordeal. read more

Rite At Home is wonderful! To have a custom decorator service on the Southside of Atlanta is amazing and cuts my travel to downtown and north side Atlanta is a life and gas saver. Won 4 pillows at the March Mixology. Picked them up June 2024 and they are beautiful and plump of great quality, workmanship and material. Tasha provided excellent and professional help choosing the pillows. Phil at the warehouse was also awesome. Am looking forward to the opening of the new showroom with the Hope Lamont can find me a copper breakfast room eating table. Will send better photos later of pillows on my sofa! I can't say enough wonderful things about this business or the people who work there. I had a vision for my home and they made it come to life. I worked very closely with Tomeca, but everyone (Lamont, Antonia, Monica, etc) had a hand in making this experience a great one. I appreciate the collaborative effort between myself and the designers. I was welcomed with a glass of champagne. (Everything is better with champagne, right?). My ideas were made into a story board and we made adjustments as we saw fit. I used them for 3 of the major rooms in my home; my living room, den, and master bedroom. The one thing I absolutely appreciate is the individualized attention to detail. I am certain that no one else's house looks like mine. We discussed and got everything finalized in 2 visits to their store (which is presently being upgraded and transitioned to it's new home just up the street from its current location). They have financing options available as well, so don't let price deter you. To be honest, a few items were pricey, but you pay for what you get, and I purchased a few customized things, which turned out amazing! Delivery took about 5ish weeks, but that's fair considering everything I ordered. There were a few minor hiccups: 1. an area rug was delayed about 2 weeks, and 2. a lamp was delayed by about the same amount of time. My only "issue" is that I like to know those things before delivery, not during. Definitely not a dealbreaker. The individuals who completed the install were amazing. They were very careful moving in and out of my home (I had just gotten a new paint job) and placed everything exactly where I wanted it. They were very professional and timely. From the assembling of my bed, to hanging mirrors, to hanging portraits (some of which I owned already), they were great! All in all, this was a painless experience. You could go with any interior designer in Atlanta, sure, by why not go with one that actually seems to care, that listens to your input, and also has unique and eclectic pieces that won't be found anywhere else. Ordered custom chairs a while back. Craftsmanship poor. Studs on chairs not even aligned; crooked throughout chair. Looked like someone did it in their backyard. Once they had my money, service levels went down drastically. Chairs had stains on them and weren't covered in plastic. Met with resistance when I told them to come get them and give me my money back. Further, their prices are too high so buyer beware. What started out great turned sour because they wouldn't work with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Low to no service. read more

She explained the store layout, told me about their NEW warehouse opening soon (can't wait to check it out!) and gave me space to wander around and check out the showroom. Customer service just how I like it - just enough but not too much. I had been researching couches for months determined not to make the same mistake twice. Ordering online is soooo unpredictable - will it be comfortable, what does the fabric look like IRL, how is the workmanship. I was thrilled to find a furniture store where I could see everything in person, sit on it, lay on it (jk, not really, lol) and know for certain what I was getting. This furniture store gem on the southside can have all of my business. Will definitely be back to patronize again. I ordered a 5 piece sectional on a Monday, the following Thursday the warehouse let me know my order was ready. I opted to pick up myself and 8 days after ordering, I have a new couch in my LR. A+ on service from Joy in the showroom and the staff in the warehouse. What little furniture they have is nice and good quality. The people there are super friendly and accommodating. They also work closely with you to design the room you want. HOWEVER, the "store" is an old gas station that's been converted to a "showroom" with cramped walkways, uneven floors, and poor parking. Whoever the social media person is deserves a raise because you can't tell that at all by their feeds. Again, nice people, but not worth it. read more

It breaks my heart to have to leave this review however it's important to put the honest opinion from the customer prospective out so that more people can make an informed decision before spending thousands of dollars for services that just don't meet expectation. My wife and I visited the store on Cascade and the initial start to this project was good. There have been incidents that are understandable however when you over promise and under deliver it's most definitely a problem. The promotion 0% make sure the check your statement because my promotion code was input incorrectly and interest was charged. Waiting to see if it is corrected. The actual furniture was ok however the overpriced delivery was ridiculous. Also the assembly was terrible. I was under the impression that this was full service the items were not delivered as promised together and then the chairs were very cheap looking the guys couldn't get the mirrors mounted on the wall. After they suggested this expensive wallpaper the mirrors fell off and damaged our very expensive furniture and hardwood floors. This place I can't recommend. Save your money and hire a company that cares about your experience. Hope this helps anyone looking to hire home decor specialists. Not to mention its still not right and job incomplete. read more

Be aware no refunds are given for any reason, even if they can't get the item after you order it. Lastly, triple check their accuracy in product descriptions: in my experience some items received were not as marketed...again no refunds are allowed so once they have it your money is likely gone. read more

I enjoyed my visit at this store on Saturday afternoon. The people are friendly and the owner was very nice. I purchased a settee from there several years ago and it is in my bedroom. It is a wonderful piece that I get a lot of compliments on. I will continue to stop in Rite At Home often to check out their new merchandise. read more
