I brought my car…read morein to have the glass replaced, and when I picked it up, I noticed noticeable scratches on the paint near where the work was done. When I brought this to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or even just listening respectfully, the staff became immediately defensive and accused me of causing the damage. Not only was there no apology, but their attitude was rude and unprofessional. They showed zero accountability, and it was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue. I understand mistakes can happen, but how a business handles those mistakes is what separates the good ones from the bad. Unfortunately, Auto Glass Plus failed miserably in that regard. Additionally, since they prefer to communicate through text I have receipts. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their vehicle or expects basic customer service.

It has taken more than 3 weeks to get windshield replacement that typically takes a couple of hours.
