Apparently, due to my windshield, not being there on time and someone calling out. So because I have my ducks in a row and they don't, I have to go half a month without my $960 and my windshield. It's crazy to make a customer pay that much first upfront And not keep your end of the deal. Lets HOPE I don't run into issues with the repair Update: They sent the poor tech out with a broken windshield Now they have to reschedule me for a third time. Amazing work (sarcasm)
