Smoking only on the patio. We got in free around 7pm on a Friday, there were a few tables available. $5 after 8pm. Lousy food and they nickel and dime you to death! My friend liked her Shrimp Fried Rice ($18). 6 wings with fries ($14), $2 extra for all flats. House Fried Rice ($18) wasn't good. Tasty chicken & hard rice with no flavor even with 1 packet of soy sauce and 1 packet of yum yum. Extra soy sauce packet? $1.50! Tito's Lemon Drop ($12). $65 until a 20% gratuity & $2 credit card fee were added. Total - $85 and we had to hunt down the unfriendly server. The deejay was equally unimpressive. Every song had a long intro and he played the extended version. He was all over the place. "You Dropped a Bomb on Me" followed by "Gangsta Party" and "Mutt." Can we at least stay in the same decade?! Highlights - diversity and pure unadulterated joy! Gay, mostly straight, all sizes, mid-20's to over 50, bridesmaids, gym shoes and after five. People did not care what they wore or if they could dance. They were there for a good time and a good time was had! There's no pressure. It's a great place to come as you are & learn the latest line dance. King George was in heavy rotation. By 10pm the dance floor was packed! I can't recommend the food but I like Sugar Bush and will return!

I went with a bunch of my guy friends who live in the area, so I didn't really know what to expect at first... The positives were the music (hip-hop, my fave :)) and the drinks were reasonably priced. They even charged us $10 for girls, $20 for guys to get in which is a total rip off for that place!!! Thank God parking was free. The place is kind of a dump, the smell of smoke is unbearable (the low ceilings don't help), and the girls were staring at me like "What are you doing here?!?" since I was like the only white person... needless to say I never thought I would go back. But I did.... and somehow the second time wasn't as bad. Young LA (the rapper) was there, and i love his song "Ain't I", so that was pretty cool. The performace was good, kinda raw, and the music was on point all night! The crowd was still meh... but I guess they put on their "nicer" outfits for Young LA. If this place didn't play good music it would get 1 star from me. But since I love some good music I'm giving it 2.

Food: I do NOT recommend the Spinach Dip 0 stars…read moreService: Exquisite server wish I remembered her name (she's in the video) 5 stars Ambiance: Low key-lit Sunday (mechanical bull riders are always entertaining to watch) 3 stars I recently stopped by U-Bar in Atlanta near Camp Creek while waiting for my friend's flight to depart. It turned out to be a nice way to pass the time and catch up over drinks. I ordered a pitcher and some spinach dip. One thing to note: the menu still listed the pitcher at $10, but the actual price was $20, so be aware of that if you're visiting. Unfortunately, the spinach dip wasn't for me. It came out looking very different from a traditional spinach dip--more orange in color, almost as if it was made with cheese sauce and spinach mixed in. It was also quite thin and watery, which didn't suit my taste, so I ended up sending it back. What really stood out was the service! My server was incredibly sweet, attentive, and accommodating throughout the visit. I wish I could remember her name because she truly made the experience pleasant, and I was happy to leave her a generous tip. I hadn't been to U-Bar in years, but despite the disappointment with the food, I enjoyed stopping in and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service.

That's whatever but girl you ain't trying to make money, you here to party clearly!!! They said they done serving hookahs at 12:30 mind you they close at 3/4 am, how?!?! Ubar really be doing anything. Literally at picture of our server having a drink with customers while never coming back to our table on top of lying about the hookahs being done. Literally watching people getting new hookahs. I see why it's dead on a Friday, servers came to party.

Seating was pretty tight, so be prepared to make friends with your neighbor and the people standing in the walkway vibing lol. We got seated pretty quickly and were told of a 2 hour table maximum. As it got later, we could see why because the crowd started rolling in around 11pm. They also required each of us to get both a drink and food item in order to sit at a table. I got the calamari and was impressed. Great portion, crispy, hot. I really liked it. My drink? Not so much. Had a very syrupy, cough medicine taste. My friend said the same about their drink. Waitress was nice and attentive. GM was also nice and attentive. Overall traditional lounge atmosphere with loud music. Dj was pretty good and the tvs were streaming the fight. They went around giving the crowd shots at one point which I thought was pretty fun and a cute touch. Overall, nothing really blew me away.

We hit happy hour, and the specials made for some good starters. That said, if you're actually hungry, you'll probably end up ordering more food. We did and no regrets. Tried the wings and the Philly cheesesteak. Both were solid picks. Wings had good flavor, although just a heads-up: you can't choose all flats or all drums, which might matter to the wing purists out there. The Philly was surprisingly good quality meat, nicely melted cheese, and a good balance of flavor. Service was friendly and efficient, and prices felt fair for what we got. Overall, a good pick. I'd definitely stop back in if I'm ever in the area again.
