The yellow stain is if not as big, probably bigger than it was before what a waste of money I don't care how good the customer service is if they can't get the job done they are worthless to me.

I arrived at the shop today October 30th at 1 PM only to see my 2 gowns on one hanger together on a rack with safety pins still in them. The seamstress/owner walks over to the counter and says hi can I help you and I say yes I'm here to pick up my 2 gowns. She looks down at my ticket and says oh they are not ready yet. I responded I know I'm looking at them still on a hanger together with pins still in them. She smiles and says to me can you come back in two hours? I said no I cannot come back in two hours. You are telling me that you're about to do alterations in two hours on 2 gowns that you've had in your possession since September 19th that should've been done today. If I walked in at opening time today, I should have been able to retrieve both of my gowns. Number one you had these gowns over five weeks and number two I do not live near here. So I asked for a refund and when I asked her for a refund at first she was hesitant and then she responded to me.....Where else are you going to get alterations if I give you your items back. Ma'am, you are not the only seamstress in the New Jersey, Philadelphia area! This lady is very rude. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will not go back to this establishment. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone. No apology no nothing, just where else are you going to get alterations from if you don't get them here. WE were told they could not do anything more to make it fit properly. WE were then Charged $60. for their work that was not correct. WE had to leave and went to another seamstress. The new lady pinned it up and immediately took the dress to her sewing machine. Within 15 minutes the dress was altered and fitted perfectly. It is a shame New Image took the money for a dress that was not altered properly and we would not recommend this place to anyone. .
