I purchased a white linen outfit. Wore it one night, took it to the cleaners with a bunch of other clothes. Wore the outfit to church and noticed my pants had a burn mark on them and it created a hole. I called the cleaners, took my time to go there for them to see the pants. They tried everything they could to tell me that they do not have machines that would cause a burn. Well how do you press the clothes? Then tried to tell me that BBQ that I spilled, looked like the same thing as the burn. Now they want me to bring the pants to the Cherry Hill store like I have all the time in the world. I will not patronize them ever again and will chalk my outfit out as a waste. Hopefully I can have my pants cut into shorts but sure as hell not by them! read more

Been using this dry cleaners for years, so I figure it's time to write a review! This is my go-to dry cleaner as service is fast, cost is low and their location is super convenient to my daily work commute. They're located right across the street from Patco's Lindenwold station at the end of the Kennedy Services strip mall. They do offer same day service with the promise of drop clothes off by 9am, and ready by 4pm. Being directly across from a train station, it does sometimes get busy during the morning or evening rush hours, but they seem to always keep the line moving. Cash only as some other reviewers have mentioned, and there is an ATM inside. It's $1.99 per piece of clothing, it used to be cheaper years ago, but I'm not complaining, $2 is still cheap to me! Over the years there's been a few different managers/owners, but service has always remained the same. I only take my dress slacks here, as who want to be bothered with ironing(?), and they always do a great job. I recently had a pair of pants that somehow got specks of yellow paint on them during the dry cleaning process. I brought them back here & they gladly cleaned them 2x more and was able to successfully get the paint off. They also said that if all the paint didn't come out after the 2nd cleaning, I could have put in a claim and get reimbursed for the cost of the pants. Luckily I didn't need to do that, but nice to know they would. Overall a great place, and I will continue to use their services! read more

After a Photoshoot in a wooded area, I noticed that my FAVORITE piece of all the wardrobe changes, a pure white, long and flowing gown picked up all types of stains- dirt, grass, makeup, perspiration, bugs, etc. (Yeah the pictures were nice but the wooded area was a challenge...LOL) At the end of the Photoshoot I was more preoccupied with surveying the stain damage to the gown than anything else. Someone on set instructed me to immediately take the piece to this dry cleaners. Fast forward to 4 days later-- I FINALLY got a chance to get the dress there and at this point I figured the stains well set-in and doubted they could fix it. To my delight, the next day I picked up my garment, looking just as gorgeous and pure white as the day I first saw it! Thanks! You guys are LIFE SAVERS!!! read more

Tried this place a few times. I guess if you are a gambler, and don't mind rolling the dice every time you drop something off, it's worth a try. It is rare that you get a perfectly done shirt, usually creases where they don't belong in the front of the shirt. Today I saw they parked their box truck covered with advertising, at a competitors dry cleaning business. That's all-time low! Steer clear if you have expensive clothing. read more

This place is good if you like good cheap service. All garments are 1.99. There was a time they were having a 99 cent sale which can't be beat. They also have same day service and open at 6 am and you can pick up your garment by 5pm. TIP: The only down side is this place is cash only. So don't forget to bring cash read more

I took my husband dress shirts here to be dry cleaned. I picked the shirts up, got them gone and removed the plastic. What a horrible job!!! None of the arms on the shirts were pressed, and the collars were crooked. I had to wash them all just to get the crooked crease out of the collars and then re-iron them all myself. I use them all the time. Never had any issues. I like the fast turnaround time and the staff is always pleasant.

I took a lot of my clothing to them and it doesn't smell like they even cleaned it. I can't wear any of it and it was a waste of money. I don't recommend them. read more

Dry cleaning is so so. Their wash and fold is crazy. Save your money. They charge twice as much and not as good. The packaging is good but that's it. Look out for coupons, it may help. read more

I took my holiday sweater to be cleaned. I pointed out spots (where an ice pack had leaked) on the front and sleeve. I picked it up and didnt check. I went to put it on - the front was fine but the sleeve still had the spots. I took it back and pointed this out on Friday, December 22 and stated I would return the next day. Went back the following day and still had spots. I was told that I could pick it up December 26. I said it was a holiday sweater and they could have cared less. I left without the sweater. Before I left the parking lot, I called and spoke with Ashley, the shift manager. We went over the whole thing and she said she could see what could be done. I waited and she returned my sweater - without the spots and was given a certificate to use within the next 45 days, which is of no value to me as I will be out of town. I would NEVER take anything of value here. Their attitude is "oh well". read more

Best service... with no surcharge same day service in by 9am... and they open at 6AM! The staff was helpful with tips on hand washing and drying a down jacket. Most places would have taken the money but they were looking out for my best interests and the longevity of the coat. Also their prices really can't be beat! $1.69 to $1.99 for everything. And you can see the washers, it is no longer a secret where your wears will end like at any other establishment! read more

New to the area and dropped off some clothes to get dry cleaned. Was shocked that they charge you $1.99 as a connivence fee if you pay by credit or debit card. I've heard of charging a fee if you pay over the phone or on line but never in person. Very suspicious. Hopefully it's worth the $1.99. read more

Sure this place is cheap but they will DESTROY your clothes. I dropped off a beautiful dress to them for cleaning and it came back ruined. I immediately advised them and they acknowledged that the item was not in the condition it came in. They did nothing to fix the problem and refused to give me even half of what I had originally paid for the dress. Stay away from this place unless you don't care about your clothes!! read more

I have been going here for many years, and I love it. My clothes have always come back clean and well pressed. The staff is always helpful, and very understanding of my concerns with my expensive dresses. A few tips to those who are reading: #1 - it is prepaid cash. However, there is an atm inside of the store. $1.99 surcharge, which is less than what you'd spend driving to find a bank. Tip #2, they will make you sign a release for any clothes which are deeply stained or that have decorations. Tip #3, the heavier the starch the better the result in my experience. This place is terrible. I don't care how cheap they are, no amount of savings is worth the low quality and headache. I brought dress shirts and slacks in the other day and told them to make sure they did not leave the wrinkles that they put in my garments the last time I brought them there. I was assured it wouldn't happen again and the wrinkles would be taken care of and what do you think happened when I picked them up and got them home? The previously wrinkled ones still had old wrinkles and some new ones and the ones that they hadn't wrinkled prior now had really noticeable wrinkles in them, so noticeable that I find it totally disrespectful that an employee there saw them and still decided to bag my shirts up for me. What's more, my two pairs of slacks had hair all over them, hair that was not on them when I brought them in (disgusting). So, I had to take a third trip back to ask them to fix it and get treated like I'm a jerk for demanding a little quality. I understand it's cheap and I understand they run a high-volume business, but whomever they have working there cares little about how people need to look in their clothes (as they go to work themselves and various formal events) and makes their franchise look as though they only care about taking your money. I don't expect perfection for the price, but I at least need to look presentable. I have also had prior experiences where my clothes come back with lint all over them, still with stains on them, or appearing to have not been cleaned at all. I'm telling you they are not worth the couple bucks you'll save on each garment or the headache you'll have in needing to bring your stuff back to be redone. I don't have the time, nor the patience for that and I know most people don't either. You have been warned! read more

DISGRACEFUL. I fell while wearing an expensive jacket and as a result there were stains ingrained on the jacket. I took it in and showed them the stains and explained that I would totally understand if they could not get the stains out, as I was ready to kiss that jacket goodbye. When I picked up the jacket, no one said anything so I assumed all was well. When I checked the jacket some days later, there was a large stain, RIGHT ON THE BACK, which could not be removed. I am not angry that they could not get the stain out as I was ready to say goodbye to the jacket, but I am angry at the lack of quality control and communication. I understand they send everything out to be dry cleaned, but does ANYONE ever do a quick once over to see if there is any stain? And if so, would they mark something on the ticket so the customer would be advised? Their lack of quality control and communication is disgraceful, and to say the least, I will NEVER use these people again. read more
