When I received my clothes all but two of the garments had big brown and black stains on them. The shirts had creases all over them and were unwearable due to the stains and random creases. A tag was melted to the collar of the shirt. When I showed the issues to the same man, he denied there was any problem and acted like he could not see the brown tea-like stains down the entire front of a white shirt. Then he changed his mind and said it was burned starch and he could fix it. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Having worked for years in the service industry, I know treating customers with disrespect is a poor business practice. The only positive experience was from another customer who saw how upset I was when I was leaving, ran after me and told me he would get my money back. He came back with a fraction of the total cost and apologized for the man (owner?). I would never trust this business to clean anything I cared about.

Then they pressed and dry cleaned it on top of that! I had a timeline and they met it. My dress was a weird color and they even went out of their way to get a zipper to match the color! I won't go anywhere else. They not only have exceptional service, but they will go above and beyond for you. Young's is the best!
