I selected this gym and continue my membership for these reasons: 1. Women only area: there is an area designated for women only that has adequate cardio and strength training equipment available, as well as free weights. The theatre room has several treadmills, ellipticals, and stair climbers. 2. Cleanliness: this is a big deal to me. The locker room, restrooms, and workout areas are clean for the most part. Of all the gyms where I have been a member, this gym seems to be consistent with maintaining cleanliness. They have adequate supply of disinfectant spray stations throughout the facility, along with paper towels, so I can sanitize the equipment before and after use. 3. Space and equipment: the general area is large in comparison with others and have plenty of cardio and strength machines. The free weights area is spacious. They even have a basketball court inside the facility. The gym's thoughtful layout and abundance of equipment makes it easy to enjoy a comfortable workout even during peak hours. I love that they have a sauna, which is another must-have for me. 4. Classes: they offer many classes such zumba, cycle, bodypump, pilates, yoga, build, and silver sneakers (a very popular class for older adults). 5. Other things to consider: I am always greeted warmly by the staff when entering and leaving the facility, which makes me feel welcomed and valued as a member.

I have been attempting to cancel a gym membership since August to no avail despite calling every month and being assured that my membership was canceled and no further charges will be made to my bank account. On November 12, 2021 I called yet again and spoke with Cruz who was very demeaning, disrespectful, antagonistic and patronizing throughout the entire call. Needless to say it ended with him accusing me repeatedly of yelling though my volume never changed throughout the entire conversation. This was purely an attempt by Cruz to manipulate the situation. I do have to say that he is definitely a true salesman to the core, with zero ethics or values at that. End result is that I have now contacted my bank and spotted all further charges from Fit4Life, disputed the 4 months worth of charges they have taken, filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and now providing word of mouth advertising on their poor business practices.
