At this gym , I take yoga , Zumba , weight lifting, dance fitness, and water aerobics. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week a minimum of 2 hours a day. All of this is less than $60 a month. And now , I will be bringing my toddler grandson with me and for a small additional fee there is a very attractive day care. The employees are relaxed , supportive, and very interested in you becoming a more healthy and fit person. The broad selection this gym offers definitely out weigh the minor hiccups that you will encounter with running any type of business.

There is an in-house massage parlor as well! I have been at Bragg for 6 months and the sauna here has never worked nor has it looked like any work order has been accomplished (minus one star). The locker rooms are over crowded and too stuffy/hot. You get out of the shower and sweat with how hot is is (minus one star). It gets way too crowded during PT and lunch hours, so you never feel like you get a good workout in since you are always waiting for a machine during those peak times (minus one star).

I selected this gym and continue my membership for these reasons: 1. Women only area: there is an area designated for women only that has adequate cardio and strength training equipment available, as well as free weights. The theatre room has several treadmills, ellipticals, and stair climbers. 2. Cleanliness: this is a big deal to me. The locker room, restrooms, and workout areas are clean for the most part. Of all the gyms where I have been a member, this gym seems to be consistent with maintaining cleanliness. They have adequate supply of disinfectant spray stations throughout the facility, along with paper towels, so I can sanitize the equipment before and after use. 3. Space and equipment: the general area is large in comparison with others and have plenty of cardio and strength machines. The free weights area is spacious. They even have a basketball court inside the facility. The gym's thoughtful layout and abundance of equipment makes it easy to enjoy a comfortable workout even during peak hours. I love that they have a sauna, which is another must-have for me. 4. Classes: they offer many classes such zumba, cycle, bodypump, pilates, yoga, build, and silver sneakers (a very popular class for older adults). 5. Other things to consider: I am always greeted warmly by the staff when entering and leaving the facility, which makes me feel welcomed and valued as a member.

No lockers in mens shower area. Shower heads are kind of chintzy and there are no hooks or shelves inside shower. Some of the Nautilus machi es needed repair during my last visit. Good selection and quantity of cardio machines, never a wait. At the time if this review the smoothie bar was closed. In all honesty this would be a marginal three star fitness center...24/7 pushes it to four star. Don't expect to be alone, there are plenty of people working out there during 24/7 access. 24/7 access is available to all DOD ID holders, you just have to register with the staff ahead of time and you enter by scanning the bar code on your ID card.
