The restrooms have always been clean and tidy. The doctors and Nurse Practitioners are professional. They work hard to get the insurance approvals and other Physican referrals submitted on my behalf. Angel never stop working until she resolves any obstacle that may arrive. I recently had a cervical steroid injection and Dr Mohamed did an exceptional job that am doing so much better. My pain level in my neck is lower than it's ever been. So if you have pain that needs receiving, this is the place to come be!

Last week I…read morearrived for my appointment about 5 mins early as they have a sign up that if you are 19 mins late you must reschedule. I was told they would be right with me. Then I was told I would have to reschedule because the person who had the key to the supply closet was on vacation. I asked if they could call a locksmith as I had driven so far to get there. I was told no they couldn't. And that I needed to reschedule. Near tears because I had driven so far I said i was not going to reschedule. I left and 5 mins later they called to say they found the key and I could come back in 2 hours. I asked could I just come now because no patients were there but they said no. So I agreed to come back in 2 hours. in about 5 more minutes I got another call saying I would have to reschedule because the person who verified insurance had not done it yet and had taken the day off. After posting on their website I was contacted by someone who said they were sorry this happened... but I could reschedule. I explained I was on Social Security. I don't have money to drive back and forth over 100 miles each way. When I asked if they could reimburse me and then I could reschedule she said she didn't know. I haven't heard back from them.

Because of Airrosti, I have been able to avoid long-term chiropractic care and/or medication. This therapy is nothing short of a miracle. My only fear is that it is not covered by Medicare. Praying that will come to be soon! If you choose Airrosti, be prepared for a full one hour session. Approximately half of that will be evaluation followed by hands-on treatment consisting of deep muscle/myofascial release of trigger points. Then, you will spend the remainder of the session learning how to perform therapeutic exercises and use of an "Airrosti ball" (my terminology) to do your own release therapy at home. If the recommendation is to "tape" you, let them do it. Amazing what a difference it makes. I've used Airrost to correct neck problems caused by a serious injury in 2008 and a shoulder injury that began in 2011 and for which I had been through three previous rounds of traditional physical therapy including two occasions of steroid injections and several sessions of chiropractic care. Lastly, I have used Airrosti to manage back pain flairups from an injury in the late 1970s. Complete success in all cases when I consistently maintain the exercise program at least once a week after the initial period of getting things under control. I am a believer! My BCBS insurance covers Airrosti with the standard co-pay - just like chiropractic or an outpatient office visit. There are self-pay plans available as well.

When I went for the follow-up appointment after the procedure, everything went downhill. The front desk receptionist was neither very professional nor very friendly. Once I was called back to the examination room, I was greeted by an employee who asked triage questions unrelated to my visit. After completing the questions, I was left in the exam room for approximately 50 minutes without anyone checking on me or informing me why no one had visited the room. After waiting approximately 1 hour, I left the room, went to the front door, and headed to work. At that point, after talking to another staff member and explaining the situation, the member seemed surprised that I was left in the room without being served and attempted to stop me, to no avail. Work was calling. While waiting in the exam room, I overheard several staff members conversing (with much laughter) outside. It appeared that no one realized I was in the room for a follow-up appointment. Unfortunately, the $40.00 co-pay was collected at the beginning of my visit. I felt like it was a donation, at best. I hope my Insurance company was not billed for services not performed. I will definitely research that.

Due to the seriousness of these concerns, I am currently pursuing legal action and exploring all available options regarding the handling of my child's information and treatment. Families place a tremendous amount of trust in facilities like this, and accountability, professionalism, and honesty should be the minimum standard. I sincerely hope this clinic reevaluates how it communicates with parents and handles situations involving minor children moving forward.ere being no legal documentation or court order preventing me from having access.
