I was able to park right away. The building is a shared space, so I had to ask where my docs new office was. Found it and waited several minutes. The window was closed and there was no movement behind it. I finally knocked. I was kinda treated like I wasn't expected. Even though I got 3 confirmation texts and a physical phone call. Gail , the receptionist comes hustling in at 12:55. I got the impression she didn't like being put straight to work. Also the phone was ringing. It was from a patient trying to call a physician in another office. 1:05- weight and blood pressure. Turns out I'm fat. With great blood pressure. This nurse was very nice. Doc Mendoza was finished with me before 1:30. She wants me to quit drinking. THEY ALL WANT ME TO QUIT DRINKING. Anyway- her bedside manner is pleasant. She addressed what she needed to, without being rude or condescending. As I was leaving, Gail was much more pleasant.

He told them Medicare. If doctors actually cared the first question would be what kind of problem are you experiencing? But, no, it's "what insurance do you have"? Then they asked which doctor he wanted to see. He told them one of the men I forget which one. They then told him that, sorry, only one of our doctors is accepting Medicare. Oh, that's brilliant. Why doesn't it say that on the list of insurance that you accept? Next to Medicare it should say Dr. So and so only. The rest are more concerned about their money than actually helping you which is why they don't accept Medicare because that cuts into their paycheck. Well, Medicare is all he has. He's disabled and on disability. Like millions of other people who worked all their lives this is all he has now and this place won't give him the time of day. Then they asked which medication he's already taking. He told them. They placed him on hold and came back and told him that due to the fact that he's already taking controlled substances they can't accept him as a patient. What!?! These "controlled substances" he's already taking are prescriptions from another doctor and have nothing to do with this place. He was looking for a family doctor to help him with everything else, like when he's sick, not the medicine he is already getting elsewhere for other reasons. Any medicine prescribed by a doctor is a controlled substance. That's why you have to go to a doctor to get it. So if you're seeing a separate doctor for specialized reasons but still need a family doctor for basic reasons don't bother with these money-hungry jerks. This is absolutely outrageous. None of these charlatans should be allowed to call themselves doctors. All they care about is their money, not you. If you're poor, don't have good insurance or any insurance, disabled, on Medicare, already getting medicine from another doctor, etc, don't even bother calling this place. All they care about is their money. They don't care if you die.

Excellent service and care all around from her and her team. She has always made me feel that my needs are #1, and doesn't ever rush through appointments. I'm 35, and pregnant with my first child. I trust Dr. Gomez 100% with helping me develop my birth plan, and feel blessed to have found her. I had to swap insurance halfway through the pregnancy due to a complication and my new insurance does cover my appointments. I later found out that the finance office for them was not putting the claims through to my insurance and contacting the wrong number about my benefits thus denying that I'm covered and trying to force me to pay out of pocket. I have attempted multiple times to give them the information they needed to rectify this and my insurance has attempted to reach out to discuss the matter but they refuse to return the phone calls. As of today I am 35 weeks and have been refused care because they are receiving false information from the wrong insurance company and refusing to take the steps necessary to rectify it while holding a credit account with a large sum in it but still refusing my care. I attempted to speak to the office manager about this was spoken down too and interrupted and talked over while trying to give them information needed. I no longer want to receive care from this office due to how I've been treated on multiple occasions due to miscommunication over insurance.

They tried to get her to see a different cardiologist there, but she would have a hard time trusting another unknown cardiologist. I will not go back to ACS and will never recommend them to anyone again. I will advise they avoid ACS at all costs.

Absolutely horrifying and traumatizing experience after I went to this clinic for routine outside…read moremonitoring at 9 weeks following a frozen embryo transfer at another clinic out of state. Brittany Linton NP began the ultrasound and told me something was wrong. She then facetimed Dr. Parry, who was apparently out of state, who told me I had miscarried. I was stunned and devastated. I learned two weeks later, when I showed no signs of miscarrying and went to see my OB, that my baby was actually completely fine. The doctor who did the embryo transfer told me 1) if this had happened any earlier in the pregnancy, Ms. Linton and Dr. Parry could have actually caused a miscarriage by telling me to stop hormone support, and 2) "no competent provider could make this mistake at 9 weeks. After consulting numerous OBs and radiologist, they all concluding that Ms. Linton and Dr. Parry were so incompetent and careless they did not realize they were scanning some other structure in my uterus and completely missed the (live, healthy) baby. Needless to say, I am grateful that my baby is alive and well, but I would not wish on my worst enemy the totally unnecessary grief, pain and anxiety Dr. Parry and Ms. Linton have caused me and my family. This clinic is a gross and incompetent money grab. IVF is difficult enough without terrible people like these.
