The next time I came, the barber commented on something being wrong with my scalp, implying that I was unclean. I thought this was curious at the time but ignored it since I do not have a hygiene problem. But from that moment on every time I came for a haircut I was given the absolute worst haircuts ever. Not a one of them had the courtesy to tell me what I later had to find out for myself. The combination of my age and hard water in my area was causing scalp and skin problems for which I had to see a dermatologist. It was NOT due to poor hygiene. I have since moved on to a better barber who does not discriminate against the elderly or fails to provide appropriate feedback for their clients.

But today I waited over two and half hours for him to get the worst "hair cut" that is really a military buzz cut that the lady insisted was indeed a "finger length" cut. The first picture is the hair cut he has got every single time we've been to this salon over the past few years, the cut according to his account. The second is the cut he received today. It's even more upsetting because we have a family reunion next week and we're doing family pictures and they absolutely ruined his hair!!! Guess it's time to find a new salon because they don't take the time to care here anymore.
