On the following cut, there was a new price breakdown for Sr's and non seniors. When done he charged me the non-Senior rate. I told him I was a Sr and he acted like he didn't believe it and was visibly upset, but he did charge me the posted Sr Rate. Next time in for a cut, he obviously recognized me and still seemed agitated, not saying anything while cutting my hair. When he was trimming the front, I had my eyes closed and was grimacing a little. He stopped and rudely said "am I hurting you, why the pained look on your face?" I said no you're not and I don't want hair in my eyes. I paid him when done and haven't been back and don't plan on returning. Plenty of places to get a haircut in the area, where one is treated decently...certainly not by Michael at River City Barbering. I will say this was a few years ago since I've been there but in need of a haircut, I started thinking about River City Barbering and recalled the negative experience and that I'd never posted a review of what I had experienced at River City Barbering. Two weeks later, today, I try to check in online, having issues, so I call to add my name to the list, the lady answering the phone tells me I have to do it online, I tell her I'm having issues, she exhales loudly, so I tell her I'll go elsewhere. Customer service is not here... they don't want to be friendly, only when they have you in the chair and tips are heading there way. Never going back. I'll go back to just shaving my head this is ridiculous. The owner needs to actually address this issue, wonder how many more you've lost??

But today I waited over two and half hours for him to get the worst "hair cut" that is really a military buzz cut that the lady insisted was indeed a "finger length" cut. The first picture is the hair cut he has got every single time we've been to this salon over the past few years, the cut according to his account. The second is the cut he received today. It's even more upsetting because we have a family reunion next week and we're doing family pictures and they absolutely ruined his hair!!! Everyone is overworked everywhere you go at every pharmacy you will find lines. The reason they get…read morethe five stars is because all of the pharmacy techs are kind and they work as hard as they possibly can they are short-staffed but they are always nice and helpful and they don't judge me for my medications. The cashiers in the store and the photo center are all very very nice and I'm sure underpaid the prices are a little high, should be lower but that's not the workers fault. LOVe LOVE LOVE the drive thru..... I hate curbside pickup those poor people have to go outside in the snow in the rain why can't everybody just have a drive-thru?

I had a problem getting it last month, so after I was finally able to get it, I asked them what I would need to do to prevent a repeat. I followed exactly what I was told and same issue. I think one point five stars for a rating is way too high. I even tried to file a complaint with the corporate office. After they took my complaint they directed the pharmacy manager to call me. That didn't turn out so well. This manager needs to lose her job.
