She would greet everyone who came to my place with a lovely leap to their face while they were sitting on the couch. She would dig on my couch and did not listen well. Now she is a brand-new puppy. She does not go on my couch or jump on anyone. She seems more confident in herself and calm. Macayla did an amazing job with her, and I am beyond grateful! I enrolled Ellie in their 4/5 weeks training. I got a report card and pictures or videos every Wednesday. I always looked forward to Wednesdays! After Ellie completed her training, we had to go back for our follow up trainings with Macayla. Ellie was beyond excited every time we went back. We were recommend Unleash Fido by several people. We scheduled an hour long consultation with Travis who ended up giving us 90 minutes of his time to learn about Lily and discuss their program. Lily had several issues, such as pulling on the leash, lunging at cars, barking at people + other dogs and going absolutely crazy when Amazon/UPS was delivering a package. Ultimately, we booked Lily into their month-long Obedience Training Camp. After receiving weekly report cards that contained photos, videos and a brief update on how the last week was, we were finally ready to pick-up Lily. Our first time picking her up was also our first training with her. We worked on establishing place, having her heel while walking, and working on other things around distractions. Within the first 24 hours back at home, our investment in this training payed dividends. She's obedient on walks, doesn't mind others passing by, comes to us on call, goes to place when told and so much more. We'd highly recommend anyone who's dealing with behavior and/or obedience issues to look into Unleash Fido! It was so embarrassing to have an unruly dog, and this was a true investment that we are so happy we made.

Our last session was at a park where we got to practice our new skills in a safe situation with a professional so that I felt in control and at ease practicing them in the "real world." Melissa really listened to what I wanted, what my dog needed, and tailored every session to what would work best for US - not following the same script and steps that everyone gets. I went in hesitant about the training methods but am now more educated than I anticipated; I know more about training, I know more about my dog, and I even know more about myself. It was also a lot of fun!! My dog and I both looked forward to our sessions and it helped us bond a lot. There were quite a few scheduling issues, which was not a huge deal for me, but it was inconvenient at times since I have to drive a bit to get to the facility. Regardless, I will 100% be saving up for another 6 week program!

She is a constant demon, but the minute he walked in, she was a tranquil-ish, and readily began to (sort of) follow his commands. We originally saw Ryan working with training a dog at St. Johns Town Center on the crowded sidewalks. He had that dog tightly following commands and expected behaviors. The dog looked like they had a "mind meld" with Ryan, because of how well it behaved walking through all the people and cars. Perfect behavior. So we are super excited to begin training next month with the Beginner in-home program. Following that we have already committed to going straight into the Intermediate at-home training. We had a minor hiccup with our original interaction, but the staff made it right quickly. So we appreciate not only a great trainer, but the staff who back up his work was great, also. Can't wait to see what happens with our overly excitable - hyper active little cattle herding pup!
