Just picked up our buddy Captain Ron from his first visit to Bark on Park. He had an absolute blast at daycare. From the moment we walked in, the staff were so welcoming and kind. I knew he was going to be safe and comfy. During the day, I got a text letting me know how he was doing, which was so appreciated. First time at Bark on Park. My dog went in for a bath & grooming before the oak pollens kick in, and she looks great (pics before and after)!! The staff was polite, and attentive to my dog from the time we walked in. They even called me during her visit to let me know that, due to her long hair and fluffy undercoat, there would be an extra charge of $15.00. I appreciate being kept informed. We primarily use Bark for boarding when we travel and the dogs can't come with us. I'm comfortable knowing they are well cared for and having the time of their life. It's like a vacation for them while we are vacationing. The only issue is the parking in the area can be challenging during busy parts of the day but if you drop off and pick up before 10am it's a nonissue. The staff is very friendly and they know our pups by name (not sure if they actually know my name but that's ok lol) I love the outside area they have to play in and all of the social interactions they get with other dogs. I will say it's pricey but you get what you pay for. read more

We can't say enough how much Fletcher lives his days at BoP.... According to the gals at the desk he even has a little girlfriend named Bea that is another Great Dane and they play and play. Every time I request a day care appointment they always have space, he gets so excited as we walk up to the door at drop off time, he's ready to play! At pickup he is exhausted and comes home, chows down on dinner and sleeps for days! I love that they post pics on the Parent Pack group on FB so we can see the antics they get up to during day. It would be fun if they had a webcam in the play area. I think I'd end up watching all day and not working lol Fletcher has 2 boarding stays coming up also and I know he will be well cared for! read more

My dog has been a regular customer at Bark since 2022, but our last visit was the final straw. On multiple occasions, my dog has come home with cuts that the staff failed to inform me about. Sadly, I kept taking my dog here but during the most recent visit, he was cut in four different spots, and once again, I wasn't notified. This lack of communication is unacceptable, as it prevents me from properly caring for his wounds. Despite tipping generously each time, I feel betrayed by this dishonesty. One cut was hidden under his ears, which led to him scratching it severely, causing an ear and eye infection. This resulted in a $200 emergency vet visit. I would not recommend Bark, especially if you value communication and honesty. ** the pictures I posted are over a WEEK after his appt. We have a 50 pound lab/australian shep mix We were able to get a same day appointment due to cancellations. She went in for the "Bath and Tidy" and was out in 3 hours. They texted me that she was finished. She looks and smells great!! They even clipped her nails, which some groomers don't do. The groomer was also concerned that she may have a skin condition and to have the vet check it out. I appreciate her noticing that and letting me know. Great service all around! read more

Most of you know about my obsession with my pupper, Curry, but did you know about Curry's obsession with BARK on PARK? She absolutely adores this place, which means I adore this place, too. Yesterday we completed Curry's six-week training, taught by the incredibly-talented dog trainer, Menoka. She has so much love to give to these dogs. It's been fascinating to watch our little Curry evolve over the last few weeks into more of a grown up. Additionally, we've utilized BARK's dog hotel services when we've been out of town. Prices aren't as steep as one would expect, and although you never really know who you're leaving your dog with, we 100% trust the team at BARK to take quality care of Curry. They even created a Facebook group for all the dog owners, where the employees upload photos of the dogs playing together. I mean, it doesn't get much better than that! Each time we've picked up Curry from BARK she's been utterly wiped out, so you know she has a blast while she's here. It's worth noting that each staff member on hand has been so welcoming and friendly to us. The store itself has everything you can imagine, and you'll probably walk out of there with an empty bank account. But when you see your pup smiling from ear to ear, it's completely worth it! We just returned from a two week stay in Pennsylvania that turned into three weeks unexpectedly. Our 18 month old 70 pound triplet dogs were boarding at Bark. They were able to stay the entire time with the added bonus of having daycare during the day which helped them with socialization. I really don't know what we would have done without Bark. We were able to extend the stay without a problem. Bark took care of some health issues that came up during their stay using common sense( a bath) and posted pictures of them on their Facebook page so that we knew they were happy and healthy. It's great to be able to walk in the door, know the staff at the desk and to know that they know the names of our dogs ( we have 4) without having to ask Our girls love Bark and so do we! read more

The price is on the more high-end side at about $75 for a "bath and tidy" which basically includes a bath, nails, brush out, and sanitary trim.
