She helps us with some decisions, based on what we want and what is actually doable/practical for our setting. She doesn't try to sell us on what she thinks we should do, or whatever happens to be in abundance at the nurseries at the moment. Becky is great with communication and is always on site for questions. We've been working with Becky for almost 20 years, and we were thrilled to find out we could work with her again. Unfortunately, we used a different company recently, when we thought Becky wasn't available. We didn't get the same customer service that we get with Landmark. That included weeding a large island and landscape beds, tree and shrubbery trimming, shrub removal, bullet paver installation, addition of dirt along the foundation as needed. All work was completed in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction. Last year I used Landmark to repair areas of my paver patio as well as to check and repair my underground drainage from the gutters to the yard. I was so satisfied after that experience I decided to contact them again.

I would like to share my recent experience and hope and pray you would never have to go through something like it. Unfortunately, in May of this year (2022) my family and I decided to hire Flawless Landscaping to fulfill a long-term dream. Since moving to our house, we always desired to have a patio but never really had enough resources to do so. However, we decided this year was a perfect year and so we hired this company, one of the biggest mistakes we have ever made :( what the owner Jose Abel Muñoz told us would take 3 weeks turned into 3 long, stressful and painful months. Today, the project has been completely abandoned without finishing, and not passing inspection for what was completed. The quality of work is very poor, there are plenty of problems with installation, the leveling of the patio is bad, the retaining wall bricks and stair stones were installed backwards, the front and back stairs are poorly installed, the first step is well over 10 inches (which is a code violation and an inconvenient for my kids and elderly residents of the house). Even after all these, the project is missing the main parts of the patio (fireplace and kitchen island). I can keep going with much details of what happened during this last 3 months but to make it short, every single day was something new with the owner of this company and his workers, they would not show up at times and when they did, they would leave behind sharp cutting tools, building materials, rocks, gasoline, dirt, garbage etc. becoming a hazard especially for my kids. Unfortunately, with the hope to have a beautiful and completely finished backyard and in good faith after asking us for more money, we kept advancing more money for Labor and materials to the point we paid for the entire project. Now we have no money left, two credit card debts and a destroyed backyard to receive our family from abroad to celebrate our terminal cancer grandmother's 85th birthday. Please please, I ask you to please do your due diligence and do not make the same mistake we did. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, responsible, honest, and experienced company, this is definitely NOT it. If you would like more proof I can provide pictures from every single day this company started working until today, in addition to reports. Due to the negligence of this company, my family and I are under much distress, the owner has not only stolen our money and our health but also our dreams. Do not allow this to happen to you.
