I was a new patient (and from out of the area) and therefore I expected the typical routine of having to go through a full examine, consultation, x-rays, etc. This is what usually causes me to 'put-off' going to the Dentist. I had a small need/concern with my tooth and Robert Hodous took me right in, addressed and fixed the problem.
