The first set did not fit properly after 6 months of visits and reschedules each multiple weeks or months out. The amount of time wasted is sad and ridiculous. When they actually do, whom ever answers the phone is one of the most rude, unprofessional and worthless people I have had the privilege of ever speaking with. I have actually been hung up on multiple times when I asked to speak with a supervisor. They rarely answer the phone and in the past two weeks I have called multiple times, "around 20" and waited on hold over 10 to 20 minutes with no answer. I actually started calling the Findlay office because I thought the Toledo office went out of business. When asking for help with the issue by a supervisor I was hung up on. At this point I am angry that I ever chose to do business with this facility. I simply need a refund but the staff are incapable of even answering the phone or allowing us to speak with a supervisor. I will be filing multiple complaints thru every channel available.
