Loved everything about this date night. Having said that, my date would rate this a 3 star for his under cooked steak and boring, doughy onion rings. Back to me! Service is top notch, from making the reservation, to being greeted at the door, to the hostess, being seated, the server, service by far the best in awhile (and we've had great service in top restaurants), all the way through our cheery exit! All of that brings me to the food... Try the chop salad. It's the perfect degree of chill, it's fresh and delish. Don't pass on the bread. It's yummy and the butter... such a generous amount and delicious whipped butter! The onion rings, as mentioned were doughy, didn't taste of Guinness OR jalapeño, and the salt and pepper we had a hard time getting didn't help much. Plus, they needed a sauce more than the Heinz tasting ketchup that is served with them. We both had the Steak Tournedos. My rare to medium rare was perfect. My husbands med well to well was med rare, except for the one closest to him he cut into for the servers approval. Unfortunately our experience here fell very very flat. The dining room and lounge are gorgeous, the live piano was wonderful, and mostly our waiter was attentive but unfortunately the food did not live up to the name or price point. The salmon was tasteless and way undercooked for my liking, my kiddo got steak fries that were way over salted, the Mac and cheese was quite bland, and for a $200+ meal it really disappointed. Our waiter was attentive sure but anxiety inducing including doing multiple laps at a time around the table. I'm not one to leave reviews like this but the food really was just such a disappointment. Went here for our 30th Anniversary. In our lifetime we have never walked out of a restaurant but we did tonight. The Waiter was friendly but that's about it. I ordered an appetizer and it arrived on time, he said he'd bring bread, didn't. Salads arrived, were okay. Then the problems began, needless to say the Waiter said he'd be back with Peeper Mill, nope. Cleared the salads and we waited 45 minutes for our Entrees. Manager walked by a dozen times didn't even notice or ask. Waiter says they are plating it, ten minutes later, my Filet and Lobster were cold, my wife's Salmon was raw in the middle. Manager finally comes, but it was too late. Offers to comp dinner, raw fish is our limit. No thanks. We left, went to Ruth Chris, wonderful meal. Skip this place forever. read more

Upscale but very comfortable with dark woods and a clubby sort of feel. One of the best wine lists I have come across in my extensive travels and all wines were very fairly priced. Six of us for dinner had Pan seared Duck breast, Honey Dijon Glazed Salmon, Alaskan Halibut and a 14oz New York Prime Strip. All were just perfect. Sides of a massive loaded stuffed potato, grilled asparagus and roasted garlic whipped potatoes were great complements. Probably have dined at nearly all high-end restaurants in Bentonville/Rogers area with only this place hitting all notes of vibe, hospitality and great food. My bone-in ribeye was delicious as was my buddy's filet. Appetizer of sautéed peppers wrapped in bacon was not what you may expect....very good. Cheesecake was traditional and great. It's just ok not worth the price. Seafood pasta 3 shrimp 3 scallops I mean really?! Buffalo filet a bit tough and was over cooked to medium requested medium rare. Risotto was not good.
