I also found out that Angelina flat out lied about both the cost of a hair cut at their location and her position as manager there, so if you're reading this Angelina, that was even poorer judgement than when you cut my hair. I had my natural light brown hair coloured and styled today by Jeena. It turned out even better…read morethan I had planned, and better than the pictures I showed her. She literally exceeded my expectations. Jeena did balayage, blow dried and styled my hair just last night and I've already had at least 4 people ask me where I got it done. It looks so natural and has no rough dramatic lines likes I've seen some women have. Everyone at the salon was super friendly and seemed to work so nicely as a team. The overall energy in the salon is so positive and cheerful! The whole process isn't cheap, but if pure going to do something, might as well do it right - especially colouring!!! One tip, if you're going to do balayage, when they first put the colour in and wash it out, your hair looks HIDEOUS until they tone it. Just be prepared for this, and then be AMAZED by the results!!! This is not the first time this has happened at Great Clips but I have just let it go in the past. Today I relayed that I was not happy with the cut and that I was very clear about how my son wanted his haircut. Needless to say I am going to have to find somewhere else to take my son for future haircuts. As a business, your stylist should be more mindful of information customers provide particularly if they are looking for a specific cut.
