Today I did a mammogram and a bone density test. The last mammogram I had (at a different location) was extremely painful and I said I wasn't going to ever do another one. My doctor convinced me to try again. At Methodist the mammogram technician was amazingly understanding and took great care of me -- I didn't scream once today. The bone density test was a breeze. The technician for that kept me relaxed and informed of what was going on. At the end of my appointment a man in a golf cart drove me to my car in the parking lot. It was a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend them. Oh, and the decorations in the suite of treatment rooms are very floral and relaxing.

The phlebotomist was quick and we chatted throughout the process which helped keep me distracted. I deducted a star because they use the stickiest medical tape which is painful to remove instead of the wrap.
