I've been to this location twice now. Once at 8 weeks pregnant & again at 13. Im sure I'll show up there a few more times throughout my pregnancy! The staff is so sweet and very informative. Firstly, I want to say that everyone was SO kind here. This review is for the ultrasound itself and not the tech, the staff, or the owner. I had an ultrasound last week at my obgyn's office. There, we saw a gestational sac and a yolk sac. My HCG levels appeared to be rising normally, too. Two days later, I had some bleeding. My obgyn couldn't get me in for another two weeks, so suggested I get a private scan to ease my mind. I was thrilled when SonoMasters was able to get me in so quickly! When I arrived, everyone was welcoming and it felt like a warm environment. I didn't mind the kids playing and instead saw it as a work environment that was friendly to mothers (I saw other complaints about that). My ultrasound measured me significantly behind what my previous one did and found no yolk sac or fetal pole. I know my dates beyond a doubt because I tracked my ovulation very thoroughly. I figured this meant I was miscarrying and prepared myself mentally. The next morning, I called to let my obgyn know that I had lost this pregnancy and I would not be trying again (it would be my sixth loss) and to thank them for everything. They were shocked by this and asked me to come in immediately, and so I did. The ultrasound in my obgyn's office was about 15 hours after the one at SonoMasters. There, I measured right where I should (9 days ahead of where SonoMasters put me), there was a yolk sac, there was a fetal pole, AND there was a heartbeat. I don't know if SonoMasters is using older equipment or its accuracy is dependent on the tech or what, but I genuinely believed my baby was gone for no reason. I don't want to slam them completely because I am grateful for the accessible services they provide and again, everyone was so nice... but it caused me a lot of unnecessary worry. I would not return and I would not recommend them. read more

Debbie at Sonomasters has done my ultrasounds for all three of my children + another pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. She is very good at what she does. She is caring, kind, and generous, her prices are very fair, and she has extended hours. I've only had two intravaginal ultrasounds ever - one from Debbie (for the miscarriage) and one in the ER. I don't know if the ER one was the standard way they do it, but it was horrible and torturous, whereas Debbie's ultrasound was so gentle it was no big deal at all. My husband and I adore her. read more

Kim is sooooo amazing!! We used her in our previous birth and just loved her along with her talents. So when we were pregnant again, we tried a different place 5 minutes from home...her office is 40 minutes from us, I was so unhappy with the other place, I left crying. We decided to do an extra fun ultrasound and came back to Kim! So thankful we did! She is so wonderful took her time showed us everything, asked if we had questions and did something quick 3D stuff with us!! Will use her again in the future! Debbie was fantastic! Very sweet, caring, and nurturing! Outside of the sonogram room was a nightmare! The place is nice, but not kid-friendly at all! There's a large fish tank with signs that said do not touch, and a large screen tv that was playing a cop drama not really appropriate for kids. In addition there were no kids toys/books for kids either. There wasn't a baby change table in the bathroom either. If we were the only people that brought in kids, then maybe we were the odd ones. But when we got out of the sonogram, there were 3 other couples waiting to go in (2 of which had kids under the age of 6). So apparently the other reviewers didn't have small children with them! read more

SonoMasters did our 20 week ultrasound yesterday and were SO SWEET and welcoming to us. It was such a refreshing thing to see someone just as excited as you are about your bun in the oven. They gave us a bunch of pictures, and a DVD of the whole scan which is so great! Their office is very professional and nicely decorated. They have hi-tech equipment and flat screens in the corner of each room so mom-to-be can see her little bean on the big TV during the scan. I loved my experience and it made it that much sweeter for someone else to be so happy about our pregnancy. Would definitely recommend. read more

Today was an experience like none other! I called yesterday to see if by chance we could get an ultrasound on short notice. Sweet Ms. Kim was so incredibly kind and fit us in immediately. When we arrived, we were greeted by the sweetest staff. Within 5 minutes, we were in a room seeing our sweet girl on the big screen. Kim went above and beyond to show us every detail and so very patient. We left with several pictures of our baby girl. We will be back again later in our pregnancy. I love this place the waiting area has a ton of comfy couches and they even include a small play area for children which makes waiting a breeze (not that you have to wait long) and the best part is one of the employees brings her sweet little girl which always brightens my day! The ultra sound rooms are pretty big so you can bring guests and know they'll be comfortable they also have big TVs so your guest and yourself can see what's going on! We did a gender check at 13 weeks and we wanted it to be a surprise. I thought they would just write boy or girl but they went above and beyond and make it extra special for us! My only con is that the images aren't as clear as I'd like them to for the price ($75+) but other than that this place is awesome for a quick look at your baby! read more

Everyone in this location is so sweet and professional. I have had bad experiences in the past, however this was not one! Kimberly made me feel so comfortable and the pelvic ultra sound was painless. She makes conversation to a point where I even forgot I was getting an ultra sound! She is great. Highly recommend Kimberly! read more

Staff was very unprofessional. Receptionist brought a whining child she was babysitting into the room while I was getting ready for the ultrasound. I did not feel comfortable having a strange child in the room with me. Ultrasound tech was nicer but when I asked her to let me clean the jelly off my self, she said it's not a big deal and continued to wipe me with the paper sheet. I am disappointed my OB sent me here for my anatomy scan. read more

I love dr offices and medical establishments that don't feel medical! This was like a jazz club. The sonogram lady has plushy couches and eccentric decor. It was fast no wait. Debbie was so friendly, and the office is decorated very nicely. We literally waited maybe a minute before we went back to the room. I just got an ultrasound to find out the gender of the baby, and Debbie found it within 5 minutes. I love that they have a big TV screen in the room that is connected with the ultrasound machine, so we could see our baby really well. Don't waste your time and money here. We paid $100 for what was supposed to be a thirty minute session, and only got about 17 minutes. Also the pictures she said were so great, half you can't even tell what they are. It looks like a big blob. I have had two other sessions with my two other kids elsewhere, and I am sad I didn't drive to the heights again. I am seriously heartbroken about this. This is our last child and I really wanted to have good images. She did have her cheek against the placenta and her leg above the head, but so did my son and that tech was willing to take the time to move him around to get a good shot, and this lady wasn't. It felt very rushed and unwelcoming. Again don't waste your time or money here, you will just be heartbroken. read more
