Jones Rd and FM 1960 near Fallbrook sites are minimalist. 1960, door was open but window blinds were down even tho it was an hour before posted closing. Pushed the little service bell several times, no answer. Waited 20 minutes then left. My favorite was 290 at 1960, but generic lab tests have been eliminated. Too bad since the waiting room is comfy with tv and free Keurig coffee, water, and has pop & snack machines. Down side was their blood draw person was excellent but left. New person jabbed me mid arm and left a huge 3-week bruise. 4 stars mostly for the fast walk-in service, fast results, many locations.

When I called I was told they cannot find them and to give it another 2-3 business days for the results. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I will be disputing the charges with my bank for a service not received. For $169 it should not take almost 2 weeks to get results back. This place is truly a joke and a way to steal money from people. Must be nice!

Arrived at this location for lab work for my primary care doctor…read more Upon entering, the lobby area was clean and bright. Went up to the only working check-in kiosk and checked in. Five minutes later a lab tech came and got me. The tech drew my blood without any issues and I was on my way in under fifteen minutes. All in all an excellent experience and I would come back for all my future lab work.

When you need an MRI, the last thing you want to do is sit in a waiting room for hours…read more Sure, I was patient and nice about it but I kept looking over at the sign that instructed patients to contact management for any wait that was over an hour. Finally, I did ask to speak to someone but was told they didn't have anyone available and pointed back to my seat. After more time in the seat watching The Price is Right, I asked them if they had an appointment for me. Clerical errors are common and it pays to ask these questions just in case. The employees of River Oaks Imaging and Diagnostics were not amused. I wasn't trying to be funny. You see, I'm the kind of person that needs Valium to be shoved inside the MRI machine so any way prolonging the inevitable is far too long for me. The hours sitting in the waiting room seem much longer when you dread the MRI more than a reasonable person should. I finally got in the back and they got me in and out fairly quickly. I still think they lost my appointment but at least I got the whole thing finished without further delay in the back room. If I had to do it all over again, I would go with another provider as this process was slow and took up most of my day. There are other places to get MRIs - River Oaks Imaging and Diagnostics is on my list of places to get one.
