Since this new management company took over from the previous management in June of 2025, they have already gone through 3 managers! In addition, one of the maintenance team has already left and the remaining one does not do anything to maintain the former appearance prior to Haven Park's take over. I've got this "team member" sitting in their car, smoking cigarettes while watching soccer on their phone for hours. We have also been given two huge rent increases since Haven Park's take over and are receiving even less services!! I have put in several request for the front office to look into such issues as a lack of enforcement of park rules which includes streetlights that do not work, a myriad of parking violations throughout the park, homeless folks coming through the park, a thriving feral cat community, weeds which have been allowed to grow to the size of small trees and so much more. Nothing is being done to address these issues-yet we continue to be charged more and more in rent from Haven Park Communities. This is unacceptable (and difficult for those of us on a fixed income) from a company that claims to care for its residents. I am seeking a response to the above issue from Haven Park Communities. What will be done to address the multiplicity of offenses they have been allowed to let continue. I look forward to a response soon. Thank you.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, gave me all the information I needed, and made the process very comfortable. His customer service really stood out--he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. A lot of yards are not maintained and nothing is done about it. Carports and porches are cluttered with junk. Unregistered cars and non running cars take up visitors and open parking. If you want to have a meeting with the management company, the park requires at least 66 of the residents signatures before they will talk to you. If your thinking about buying at Cabana, please drive through to make sure it's where you want to live. You also will not have access to the clubhouse. The pool and spa were out of service and closed by the health department for over 9 months and residents were still charged for the amenities. It was just recently opened in May 2023 on Memorial weekend. Stray or "outdoor" cats run around. Homeless walking through or hopping walls or living in tents right outside of the park on Twain. All this and space rent is close to $900 and up. It was just raised $50 starting in Jan 2024 and nothing gets done from management but they sure want to take our money! I'm moving as soon as the interest rate drops. If that's even going to happen.

I told them not to give it to her bc frankly, El Adobe didn't pay for it. It was El Adobes responsibility. If they did give it to her she's lucky.
