This is by far the most difficult rating I've made. The place is NOT amazing, it's very basic and works if you just need a place to hook up. So 5 stars for having water, power, dump, and clean showers. Friendly and helpful staff = 5 stars; the staff was accommodating with our last minute changes. The laundromat wasn't great = 2 stars. The washing machines were fine, but the few dryers they have only kind of work and depending upon how hot they get they may need time to cool in between loads. This increases the time to finish laundry and if people are waiting ahead of you, it's even longer. It's not a great place for dogs = 2. The dog areas are filthy. The semi-newly laid asphalt made my dogs fur and feet black and the space for the RV is dirty and dusty. The cost is good for the space! if you just need a place to land Kings Row is great. If you want an RV resort experience you won't get that here. We'll probably stay again because of the people and price. read more

Our experience was extremely disappointing. Management was incredibly rude and repeatedly hung up on us when we tried to resolve a simple issue. They kept our $60 deposit, still owe us change, and have refused to provide a receipt despite multiple requests. What should have been an easy conversation turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience because they would not communicate professionally or help resolve the issue. The way we were treated was unacceptable. We can't say for certain why we were treated this way, but it left us feeling disrespected and questioning whether race played a role. Because of how this was handled, we are considering escalating the matter further. I would not recommend doing business here based on our experience. read more

I had to leave and returned 2 months later and the staff was just as nice as the first time. They had my old spot back for me in 3 days when i asked if i could get it back. I never seen the staff stand around there always working in the park. Updated the laundry faciality which is very nice. Granted its in a bad part of vegas but they have secuirty at night which are right on. But there are 5 other rv parks on the same road. Which i have seen cops there but never at kings. The only neg thing i have to say is no pool otherwise i will miss this place had to leave do to med problems most likely not returning you will be missed read more

The only thing I regret is having a co worker who exercised her seniority to make your day harder and treated everyone like shit If she woke up an the wrong side of bed. Strange place, poor service, and not honest. Have stayed here about a year ago for a week when in Las Vegas for work. Nothing special, kinda dirty but it was close to where I needed to be. This time we were driving through Las Vegas, and thought we'd stop for a few days of vacation over labor day weekend. Called ahead to make reservations, they stated no reservations first come first served. Okay cool... Got there pulled up, the same spot as last time had no RV parked in it... Great I'll pull in. Went to the office and was told that there were no spaces available. I asked her about the one I was parked in and she said that there were none available and walked away from the window. I asked her again and she said she was full ???? WTF We have a nice new clean diesel Ford truck, and a 2011 very clean toy hauler. Both look like new. So I doubt that is the issue ? After this experience, I can not recommend this RV park to anyone. This is not a place for Kings, it somewhat feels more like skid row... read more

Very friendly staff and super helpful, went to EDC music festival and were scrambling to find a place to dump rv before having to return our rental and they helped us out a ton and have cheapest holding tank release fees, they even hopped in their own car to show us where the tank was and helped us every step of the way. Park is beautiful and can have a clear view of an amazing sunset and sunrise. read more

Honestly, this is probably the best rv park I've visited, as far as atmosphere wise. We keep to ourselves, and we've had no issues. The staff are super sweet people, & my neighbors are courteous & SO kind as well. We had some issues with our ac, and they left us to handle our business, which is honestly what we prefer. Again we prefer to stay to ourselves, and this campground pretty much let us handle our business with getting it fixed, and they didn't hound us or give us any issues with the process. I know some places, if you have a hair out of line, they have something to say.. this place is NOT that. Granted they have rules & whatnot, but if you follow the rules & do right, this place will do right by you. I've had a great stay thus far. They respect your space & your privacy as a guest above all, which is top tier, in my book. I would 10/10 recommend. read more

AVOID! Creepy residents, the laundry facility is half out of order, there was only maybe 4 working washers but only 2 dryers for a very large community of long term residents and traveling RVs. Multiple people had wet wash waiting to go in the dryer. One resident told another he would bite him if he didn't put a mask on,leading to confrontation. The same resident made multiple comments about my body and specified he knew where I was in parked. I told him multiple times that his comments were unnecessary and made me uncomfortable. I put in a complaint with the manager and they offered to move our site but I just couldn't wait to leave in the morning. When we first arrived there was nobody at the office though it was business hours. We called the office but no answered, called the host number listed as their back up and it just rang and rang and rang. No voicemail. Frustrated no one was working I parked in a vacant space and paid later. I told the manager I understand he can't account for the people but If there were more working dryers than there wouldn't be so many people waiting in a small room so they don't get skipped or get their clothes tossed on a table. (Which someone did). That is the responsibility of the establishment and poor management. The dog run is an ugly small plot of dirt. Very little grass for dogs to go on except a few patches here and there. personally would not recommend with covid times. read more

Rude, disinterested staff blowing up peoples lives without a second thought. My brother and sister in law were gracious enough to look for a place out here to help me. Our 82 year old mom lives with me and my 20 yr old son was diagnosed with a life long illness. My brother was going to pay cash for a home for sale on this property. Staff wouldn't return calls waiting for background and financials. News flash their paying cash and he is former marine/police officer. Seems they dont want good people round these parts. I was local to the area for years and I can attest that this is in a rough neighborhood. Transients literally right outside and in the surrounding area and it's a pretty run down park. They only allow you to stay if your RV is 2008 or newer even if it's only for one night. The neighboring parks are always full because they are much nicer, but this place turns down your RV even if it is nice just because it's older than 2008. I have two RVs and I have a Newell worth more than an entire line of their rigs in there but I can't stay because it's older than 2008. There are many run down and raggedy rigs in there so I don't see why the prejudice when it is for less than a week or even a single night. So the spot is going to be empty rather than putting someone there for a day or two and make money on the space. Very dumb and the staff isn't very friendly especially if they've had a bad day. This place should open their eyes and realize where they are on boulder hwy and get off their high horse. People that have high end rigs are not choosing this place for long term stays so they need to do better and start accommodating more people. read more

I have called them TWICE, told them I need to travel 606 miles from California (North of Sacramento) and I wanted to make a reservation. All I got was no worry just drive in, NO PROBLEM, they say. After two days and a blow up tire I get there around 4:55pm and the first thing they tell me "your trailer is too old we can't take you, insurance policy." So they hand me a paper and say goodbye. I try making a few calls from that paper and nobody picks up, so I go back to their office and apparently the manager Ti who's very nice to me, has his wife (most likely the owner) to come out and somewhat they pity me because they allow me one night stay. On top of that the lady tells me "don't make me regret this" as if I were some kind of criminal/outlaw, when the last thing I'm told is after I park for the night is "make sure you don't leave anything of value outside." I honestly appreciated their effort to allow me one night, as I could shower in their bathrooms (clean) and take my online course in the morning. Unfortunately I wish they had told me about this stupid policy as it turns out 99% of parks in Vegas won't accept anything older than 10/15 years. Keep in mind they charge about $430/mo. and so I had plan my move to sojourn at this place. Turn out the only other spot available charged almost $800/mo. So now I'm on the road w/out a place to park because these INCOMPETENT couldn't ask one goddamn question on the f-ing phone calls I made prior to drive there for two days. I'm PISSED read more

my husband reserved a spot here and found out that the year of our trailer was not accepted. they agreed to let him stay for no longer then a week while he found other accommodation since he drove up from Los Angeles. keep in mind our trailer is in great condition and there were numerous other trailers that looked older and run down. my husband was alone and was down to start his new job. the first day he was there he immediately got complaints from management that people were complaining that he closed his door to much. just to be clear he just got there and was setting up the trailer. he got the feeling he was not wanted and decided to find a place as soon as possible to move to. he was able to move to another campground after 2 days of being there. so he left as soon as he could to the new place. he called to see about a refund for the days he wasn't there and was told they would need approval to get a refund and would call him back. it's been weeks already and of course they still haven't called him back. at this point we are like whatever and just glad that experience is over. I'd think twice before staying at this place. read more

Stayed there for a year only because of the cheap rates. The area is nasty, but never had problems in the park. In the summer time, we got alot of sewer smell in our spot (pretty nasty) eventually they tried to remedy it, but right before we left last week, the sewer smell came back as the day heated up. We ended up leaving 4 days earlier than planned. We did not get a refund for those days although they had already rented out the spot!! Can you say double dipping. read more

I decide to use my travel trailer for temporary residence so I google rv parks a list of reputable buisnesses offer daily weekly monthly. I grew up on East Side of Vegas. My Father lived Kings Row 10 years. My Moms ex husband brother lived there over 10 years also still does. He will remain anonymous due to reprival. So i had references. Im going to be Honest. I drove up to front office some Elderly Woman smoking a cigarette saw me as soon as I opended my car door. I always greet someone new with a Big Smile first impressions are everything. She didnt even return a genuine smile. Remember I run a Union Restaurant Salary 10 hours a day 5 days a week. I live at work. So too make this long explanation short. IMMEDIATELY this Lady hands me a list of other RV parks. I can feel and sense her Distain with me as I have Sleezed Tattoos I have Long Hair.. She runs thru her list of questions. First question are u registered owner thats delivering Travel Trailer. No. Ok you cant even be considered. Bye.. Hold on i explain. I own many items all are in storage. However Im hauling my Harley. I Very Aware of how many spaces available. Obviously if this Lady doesn't like how u look you wont even get past her list of Rules..I feel I was discriminated against. Money is Green I make my the Hard way. 50 hours a week. Adult babysitter.. FYI. I didnt want the hassle of unhooking my rig to get the space.. Call to make reservation, was told they don't make reservation, first come first serve and said they had availability. We pulled in and saw 3 pull thrus and 6 back in spots open in front that we stayed at previously. We went in to check in but told they were full and should have made reservation. Told the lady we tried but was told you don't make take them. So we drove around the park and counted 8 more open spaces on top of the ones in front. I called the office and asked do they take reservation or first come first serve the same lady that said we should have made reservation told us they do not make reservations. Almost feels like they discriminate here. This place has no concept of customer service or how to run a business. Don't waste your time and gas driving here they are completely clueless and just a bunch of BS. They say they don't accept old RV's and trucks but when you drive around there are quite a few RV/trailers much older than they say they allow and pretty run down. Looks like there quite a few tweakers and crackheads around. We had one try to break in while we were sleeping when we stayed here the 1st time. If you stay here make sure you lock up everything. read more

Restrooms are not really pretty (ok. they sucks), but we have our own in our RV, so who cares ;) A small nice pool with cool (thanks god) water to cool down in the June heat. PArk is huge with different spots. shaded places, good wifi and a rec hall with book exchange. can 100% recommend for RVers looking for a park on a budget. read more

This review is about my experience with PAM, the front desk person at KING'S ROW RV PARK. I did not stay at this RV park, so I cannot speak to the amenities, but I can tell you that just by taking a visual assessment - it certainly looks run down and neglected for sure. But, this was okay for me, because I was just looking to put my RV in their storage lot for a month. Now, I am new to RVing and I pray that this is not a prelude of what's to come because I cannot take the stress and aggravation of dealing with morons. Nor do I have the time and energy to micromanage someone as inept as PAM. As it was, I called not once, but twice, in order to be clear about what was required in order for me to place my RV in their storage lot. (My RV was recently purchased in another state and does not yet have license plates, but I DO have all the DMV paperwork showing that the title, registration, insurance, and license plates have indeed been paid for.) PAM told me that if all my papers were in order and that my rig passed their visual inspection (no broken windows, leaks, etc.) that it should be fine. I made sure that there was not a problem with taking my rig in and out of storage during the month and PAM said as long as it was during office hours that it would not be an issue. I told PAM that I would be coming in that afternoon so PAM was expecting me....however, after driving the 30 miles to their location, turns out that the owner needed to be the one to visually inspect my rig and that an employee needed to guide me in to the tight space that was available in their storage lot. That would not have been a problem, but PAM, not able to think 2 steps ahead, failed to make sure that the owner knew I was coming and that an employee, be at least a phone call away, in order to assist me with the parking. So, I basically drove all the way over there and was not able to put my RV in storage due to PAM's incompetence. And what was PAM's suggestion? That I should come back the next day - sorry PAM, but I work and I can't just come on back tomorrow. Why do you think I was doing this on a Sunday? Not to mention, that coming back after work on a Monday would have put me in the middle of the worst traffic of the day and during the hottest time of the day. And then, some ignorant (because he had no idea of what had proceeded my arrival) customer that was in the office while I was there, told PAM if he had a business that he would hire her - well good luck with that sir and I have a great name for your new venture, you should call it "Dumb and Dumber"!! Anyway, PAM keeps telling me that she's bending over backwards for me, and doesn't seem to be able to understand why I am so upset. Did PAM really think she was helping me by not having coordinated my arrival with the persons necessary to do the visual inspection and help with parking? Oh wait, was it by wasting my precious time and costly gas? Or, was it by having me need to come back a second time? Listen, do yourself a favor - if you call this place and PAM answers the phone, either hang up or ask to speak to anyone else! And, if you have the poor misfortune of arriving when PAM is the only one manning the office, then I strongly suggest saving the aggravation and going anywhere else - and you can thank me later! The good news is that you have a multitude of other choices in the surrounding area, so there is really no need to even bother with this place to begin with.
