Strange place, poor service, and not honest. Have stayed here about a year ago for a week when in Las Vegas for work. Nothing special, kinda dirty but it was close to where I needed to be. This time we were driving through Las Vegas, and thought we'd stop for a few days of vacation over labor day weekend. Called ahead to make reservations, they stated no reservations first come first served. Okay cool... Got there pulled up, the same spot as last time had no RV parked in it... Great I'll pull in. Went to the office and was told that there were no spaces available. I asked her about the one I was parked in and she said that there were none available and walked away from the window. I asked her again and she said she was full ???? WTF We have a nice new clean diesel Ford truck, and a 2011 very clean toy hauler. Both look like new. So I doubt that is the issue ? After this experience, I can not recommend this RV park to anyone. This is not a place for Kings, it somewhat feels more like skid row...

Love it here! I came for a week and ended up staying a month. Super friendly and helpful staff. I feel very safe in and around the park. There is security at night. Best part is all the adorable puppies!! Dogs of all ages and sizes with huge personalities. Will always stay here when in Vegas with my rig!

We love this place the staffing is amazing!!! We love our spot! They take care of us! We are on our mid 40's

When she operated it she had her little minions and disciples who harassed others that were not one of her people. Some of them eventually got to the point where she was not allowing food deliveries to the people. You'd have to go to the front office. Your medical supplies and other handicapped accessory were being denied accessed to their clients. I did here eventually. They got rid of Danielle for some activities which required a lawsuit which there are so many people in this place that were discriminated against harassed and everything else and this is not a resort whatsoever. Barely a glorified RV Park and if this gets approved it will probably come back saying that there's no record of me staying there, but I can mention so many people that got kicked out of there. No fault evictions and any other source you want me to come up with. I still got my documents at. I wish that lawsuit been mentioned it to me on what it was referring to and I could give them more knowledge than that person in charge of the park named Cameron who was overlooking the park and their managers but is also tied to the manager or property owner at of Arizona.

Only three stars because of the green water and pool/waterfall not kept up. Spot 391 has great potential. The space was great. They have a private little soaking area. It was green. I swept the dirt myself. There was no chlorine in it. It was a beautiful waterfall. Look at the picture in the back. There's a water purifier I guess for the water, but there was no salt in the system, and the heater was not turned on. I could not forget how to do it and maintenance said they don't know it's not part of their equipment. The reason I said I would come back. It has ice machine outside seeing fireplace freezer refrigerators has a very large barbecue. I brought my smoker cause I like meat smoked. There's plenty of cabinet spaces. Plenty of space a lot of switches. I wish they would label them two of the plugs by the barbecue did not work. The maintenance guy didn't know how to turn them on. He tested them and there was nothing there This place even has a dishwasher like I would ever use it. That's what I get grandkids for the park is gorgeous. The people here was so helpful. The space is beautiful. I just wish they kept it up a little bit better the space the park is kept up beautiful. I believe there's five pools and Jacuzzi. It's a large space. The only take newer motorhomes. You can't bring an old motorhome here. People stay for months and months. I saw quite a few people had dogs. The good part was, I saw all of them pretty much on their own property and with leashes. And it didn't hurt while I'm writing this review. I'm sitting here after smoking some prime rib. I cooked it myself. It's extremely tender. That makes anything better. It's a little bit off the strip, which is nice cause you don't hear all the noise and commotion. But, it's very close. It has a nice tv on the outside. Facing the right way so as to not bother other people. Final thought; this space is beautiful has everything comfortable chairs tables recliners everything I just wish the pool was kept up a little bit better. Even if it is just a fountain it should not be green.

I wasn't able to use the shower, bathroom or laundry without having to traverse to the opposite side park each time to do so. I brought this up to management and asked for a refund, but she kept on bringing up irrelevant things that had no bearing on the situation like, I should have reserved an rv spot even though I didn't have an rv( the rv's on that side of the park had the same issue, but probably had toilets in their campers ) or I should have booked a tent site at the front of the park since I'm clairvoyant and should know instinctively that the back of the park was out of order. Bottom line is this park has no accountability, they won't admit to mistakes. This park is also impossible to navigate after dark since many of the site numbers aren't visible, often pointed in the opposite direction of travel. Simply put, you didn't offer a service I couldn't have gotten from a free rest stop, you've only provided frustration . Give me my money back.

There was a bit of a line of cars waiting to enter, but once inside, everything felt surprisingly uncrowded. One of the coolest surprises was seeing several bighorn sheep walking along the road. The vibrant red rock formations, unique shapes, and dramatic scenery make it feel like you're on another planet. We spent our time driving through the park, stopping at various viewpoints to explore and take photos. The visitor center is excellent, with a great gift shop, and very clean restrooms. It was quite warm during our visit, so be sure to bring plenty of water, especially if you plan to do any hiking. If you're anywhere near Las Vegas or Henderson, I highly recommend making time for Valley of Fire. The scenery is absolutely stunning and well worth the visit.
