I would give this place a minus one star if I could. My brother-in-law lived there for a short time and the office staff is rude and apparently do not know their jobs. You would be better off to live in a weekly rental then to ever consider this place. I have not lived there but from what I have seen and heard that would be a huge mistake to even consider this place. I'm just trying to give you knowledge that my brother-in-law did not have when he moved in there . He is no longer there. Apparently they enjoy evicting people because they do it all the time 40 or 50 evictions at least a month. So I just applied like an hour ago to get in. I don't know if I'll get it but I hope to God I do. I gave them 4 stars Because of the manager Salone ( I hope I spelled her name right ). I hope she gets recognition for this. I can't even tell you how many managers are just cold and make you feel like you're being judged or something. She was so kind and helpful. Made the whole applying fun and easy. This place looks nice and seems pretty under control. Big on making sure no drugs are there at all. Major plus. was looking for a home for my family. found this what i thought was a hidden gem in sunrise manor. hardly a gem in the run-down area of sunrise manor. this is the east side of las vegas. ths mobile home park is littered with mostly old and dilapidated mobile homes and some new. the new units caught my attention. toured the property and although the area leaves a lot to be desired and i mean a lot decided to attempt a purchase. there is something very wrong with this place. the tour guide explained that the lot rent that the small home sits on will increase every may and its currently around $750 so with that your lot rent will outpace your mortgage at that rate. then they want at least $5000 per month income for a home that is priced at $122,900 which in itself is steep considering where the property is located &the bedrooms are extremely small. clayton the maunfacturer seems to know only one model which is the model you will see at this property. the staff is not very competent. get ready for incompetence. office staff will lose your paerwork and the two women that run the office don't appear to communicate with one another. oh, and please have $1000.00 ready to get community approval. now your probably wondering what does that entail? a backgroud check, 2 years of rental history, and enough employemnt to purchase a home much more expensive and in a better neigborhood. all this for 1k. they do have their own lender which you may want to use due to the fact that this is not real property. the homes are disguised as actually property attached to land but it is not so no bank on earth or real estate agent will process a loan for it. so going through them you will need a ridiculous down payment about 20% or so for a property that is not attached to the land and is extremely small in a rough, crime laden neighborhood. siegle suites will be your neighbor next door. the two women will contact you all day everyday as if you don't work you know to show that you can afford the property. the price of the property will increase steadily and there is a rental option . be ready to pay about $2200 to live in somthing that is not even attached to the ground. seems to me that the better option would be to find a reputable manufactured home company and grab a piece of land and get the home attached to the land and still come out cheaper that it is to rent this tiny home in an area full of drug use and crime. they offer no down payment assitance just ways they can get all the cash you have. remember renting or purchasing here will be very expensive your lot rent will outpace your rent/mortgage after a year or two because they will continue to increase it between 2% if rented and 5% if owned, ha what a damn joke! you can literally get a larger mobile home set on foundation and small piece of land for less that it cost to rent this in this neighborhood. current residents are hurting with the lot lease cost that they increase each may. blessing to anyone looking for a home or a manufactured home there are definitely better options out there. read more

We moved in and was charged over 2000 a month others with same double wide only charged 1600 which was totally wrong. Then when you put in workorders either they were not done or not done correctly. When you would go to Mail box which area is very filthy had over 20 cats roaming the area ground had dog and cat poop everywhere. Neighbors fighting all hours of Night police coming constantly office did nothing about it. Moved out in June 2023 gave 30 day notice waited 42 days for deposit had to call constantly still am owed 150 dollars for damages we did not do they realized that was a error today in Sent 13 2023 still waiting for corporate to cut a check they claim after several calls to office there was a hurricane where corporate is located was informed by Allie I would receive a call back that day 2nd time was told that which I never received a call back I send emails to manager of Pueblo del sol who does not respond, I always paid our rent on time and one of the cleanest tenants inside and out they ever had. We love it here. the management is good, and the maintenance staff is great. When you submit a maintenance request it is done properly. It's clean and no one bothers you. There are families i here but the children are not allowed to run wild and make noise. You do't even know they live here unless you see them. read more

I have lived in Pueblo del Sol MHP for over 10 years, and have seen many changes. The new owners have spent much money upgrading. With upgrading comes many restrictive requirements, and rules to the residences. If this was a senior park some of these new rules are acceptable. It is not a pet or wildlife friendly park. Plantings are very restrictive. If you rent, plants must be in containers. Nothing in the ground. This may or may not apply to people who buy. If you have room for a shed, it has to be wood. An easy $1500 to $2000. All in all, this points to a very bleak neighborhood. Remember, Its private property, and they can do pretty much what they want. Once you buy, you are stuck. Unless you have $13000 to $15000 or more to move. And they know it! read more

We like living here but we've gone to the office at least 3 or 4 times since 2017 to let them know our guest toilet isn't working properly. The maintenance guy Raul has came out twice and he told us that he would be back with a new toilet but never did. The last time I went to the office I talked to the property manager to see if the issue could be taken care of and he said he will have someone take care of it by Monday which was like 2 weeks ago. I wish they would focus on fixing maintenance issues with their residents instead of focusing on the new trailer homes they are bringing in. read more

We lived there for 2 years and it was a nightmare. Feral cats everywhere, the pool was closed most of the time and our cards to enter the gate was shut off more than once leaving us outside the gate with no way to get home. When the new management came in I thought it would get better but it got worse. I work from home and the noise from the workers removing homes and putting new ones in made it impossible for me to work. When I called the office it was sent to an answering service and no one called back. They refused to take notices from me at the office. The manager said to send it certified. The manager Curtis is RUDE and does not care about the tenants. All he cares about is how much money he can make while his actions put my job in jeopardy. I was forced to move to keep my job. After I moved out he removed the unit I lived in (356) and put a new one in. He STOLE my deposit by saying he did $975.00 worth of repairs to the unit. When I sent letters demanding my deposit back they refused to accept the certified letter and sent back 2 letters I sent regular mail (refused). They are liars and thieves and they ignore any problems they cause. May God have mercy on their souls for taking advantage of people less fortunate. read more

I've only lived here since November 2014. There's garbage in the streets and empty lots. There are empty units that need a match. The hot tub is NEVER hot and constantly broken, the pool is disgustingly dirty and not working and there are literally over a hundred feral cats. There is a rule on no dogs over 40 pounds and breed restrictions, yet there are pits Bulls, sheppard, and other large dogs. Management here is not doing their job!
