I am seeking remedy for the horrendous lack of management from Haven Park Communities at Maycliff Estates in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since this new management company took over from the previous management in June of 2025, they have already gone through 3 managers! In addition, one of the maintenance team has already left and the remaining one does not do anything to maintain the former appearance prior to Haven Park's take over. I've got this "team member" sitting in their car, smoking cigarettes while watching soccer on their phone for hours. We have also been given two huge rent increases since Haven Park's take over and are receiving even less services!! I have put in several request for the front office to look into such issues as a lack of enforcement of park rules which includes streetlights that do not work, a myriad of parking violations throughout the park, homeless folks coming through the park, a thriving feral cat community, weeds which have been allowed to grow to the size of small trees and so much more. Nothing is being done to address these issues-yet we continue to be charged more and more in rent from Haven Park Communities. This is unacceptable (and difficult for those of us on a fixed income) from a company that claims to care for its residents. I am seeking a response to the above issue from Haven Park Communities. What will be done to address the multiplicity of offenses they have been allowed to let continue. I look forward to a response soon. Thank you. read more

I had a great experience visiting Maycliff Estates. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the community itself felt welcoming. Fenix was the one who showed me the mobile home and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions, gave me all the information I needed, and made the process very comfortable. His customer service really stood out--he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. It's been sold to Haven Park Communities, the names now Maycliff Estates, they're raising rent 15% a year, not maintaining the property, lots of street lights are out, some for 6 months,weeds are 4 feet tall at their empty rentals and lots. read more

Use to be a great park with the previous owners but this new Corporate company that took over have done nothing but raise the lot rents where people cannot sell there homes to get out of here. supposed to be a 55+ park but all they keep moving in is trash for their rentals which are causing issues with the older folks who have been here for years. And all we get is attitude & rudeness from the worthless Marlene in the office. She has no clue of what a real Manager does cause she is too busy carrying her coffee cup around & watching people at the pool area read more

This place deserves NO STARS AT ALL. I owned a home in Maycliff since 2010, and during that time have seen two different community managers and two different secretaries in the office. In all that time, never have I witnessed any friendliness, kindness or pleasantness on behalf of management. The community manager is the most obnoxious, nasty and unpleasant person I have ever met. She has a chip on her shoulder the size of a 2 x 4. A real piece of work. Her miserable attitude has rubbed off on the secretary, who is also a snotty witch. They really think they are something special, when in fact, they are anything but. There were so many issues with the water being turned off, that I would run out of space complaining about it here. I sold my home and moved out in March 2025. It is the smartest thing I have done since moving in there. During the time my home was on the market, management REJECTED an offer from a prospective purchaser because "they had not made an offer yet" and submitted an application to the park first. One of their stupid rules, that may be borderline illegal. On moving day, my movers stopped at the office for directions to my house and were told "we have no idea who that is or where that is". These people deserve nothing as far as stars. I hope they all get what they deserve. They are the most miserable people I have ever known and am very happy to be away from there. read more

lived here since 2009, space rent goes up every 12 to 18 months. water cut offs with no notice given, no security. seven or eight people living in one unit. speeding through the property. lots of loud motor bikes. office closed most of the time. No communication between staff and space renters. place was just sold to new owners and the are dressing up the place but office is closed most of the time. living in a 55 plus community I don't understand why we have so many children using the swimming pool and hot tub? too many non residents using the pool and facilitie. read more

We recently moved out of there, but it was to re-locate. Back in '20 we were new to the Las Vegas area, and needed a place to live. This was during the shutdown so a lot of places were not returning our calls. Another factor in our search was our 2 dogs had to stay with us so we needed a pet friendly place to live. The option of a mobile home came up and we had never lived in one before and the thought of not having neighbors above or below you was inticing. Other factors for chosing this property: - the monthly fee was one of the lowest in the LV area by almost $200 a month - the location rocks! It is located real close to the 95 freeway, both directions and Sahara Avenue is right south of the property so everything you need is less than 3 miles. - neighbors turned out to be awesome people - extremely quiet neighborhood We met with Sheri the owner and Doreen, the property manager and they were very welcoming, at that time. After we selected a unit and closed the deal, that's when the honeymoon phase ended. We were very concious about paying our monthly space rental fee before the due date. Anytime we got a message that something visible needed to be corrected, we took care of it ASAP. I guess all that didn't matter. When we getting ready to move out, we arranged for a moving company to drop 3 containers at our property to be loaded by us and picked up in a few days. The day the truck showed up, Doreen followed the truck to our space, confronted my wife and demanded that the containers be removed. My wife even offered to have them moved completely onto our space and not stored in the vacant space next door but Doreen was livid that this against the rules and not allowed. She took pictures and stuck stickers on the containers stating that they would be towed away if not removed within 24 hours. It was getting so loud that several neighbors came outside to see what was going on. Keep in mind that this is a 55+ community and mostly keep to themselves. We ended up making other arrangements with the moving company at my extra cost. The best thing to make this place really great to live? Change out the property management and find someone who is willing to listen to people, work with them, and has great communication skills. read more

Maycliff mobile home and their usual plumbing issues are at it again. It seems like everyone or two months the water is getting shut off because a pipe broke in the area. Today has been the same deal. We have not had water since around 12:00 noon time and it is now 5:30 p.m. Since the people here only work until 3:00 p.m. everyday, they cannot be reached and only an after hours center secretary can be called. Their answer is what you would expect - "we have no idea when the water will be turned on." We have been living here for approximately 12 years and this has been an issue ever since then. It seems they have no interested replacing the current piping or doing something to strengthen it. read more

This place is the pits. The management team is as rude and inhumane as can be imagined. We sooo agree with several of the other reviews about the harassment by doreen and others in the management company. We recently moved a family member out for a disability. They are simply cold hearted. We were shocked by the rudeness, the greed, the gorging of late fees, horrible agreements, creepy rule setting and driving around watching, notices and fines on doors for a hard to find weed that needs to be clipped somewhere, garbage can not facing the right way, the giving up and indemnifying and having to pay for their costs and legal if any disputes, etc. We spoke to numerous people still living there, and we pretty much heard the same thing, even calling her/them 'hitler'. The place looks ok I guess - but strongly suggest signing up live under that kind of nasty...if you can, unless super desparate and have to. I'd recommend finding somewhere else, and talk to few of the residents first - look for more simple human decency. If have to go there, really really read the agreement, or have atty read. They also will find any way to keep your deposit, as we are fighting. So dont expect to get that back, or do what you can to use as last month rent. They are nasty! read more

Horrible place 2 live. Manager doreen harrasses us. parks in front of our rental and watches our guests. Park residents refer to her as hitler. She glues tow stickers to r car windows if she deams weve parked to long while were unloading r groceries. Even tho its states 30 minutes. She takes pictures of our moving truck. She is a horid nasty person and out right lies on the residents. She gossups to other neighbors. I have never been treated so disrespecful in my life. I have resided there for 5 months and at 62 years old id rather b homeless then live under that tyranny. read more

We have lived at the Park for 3 months. Recently the mobile next door caught fire. I could not believe how everyone is coming together, including the manager who has gone above and beyond day and night to help. This park is very quiet and we have not heard of any problems. You are more than a space number here. If you are thinking of moving here do it. I really do like how there are rules and you are expected to follow them. Thanks Maycliff!!!!! read more
