The neighborhood is pretty quiet with little to no issues. If I've run into any issues the property management team does a great job with repair or correcting everything quickly. They also have maintenance 24 hours for any emergency situation that come up too. I am very pleased with the new company that took over. they been amazing and have even started to remodel some of the apartments as I highly recommend this complete to anyone new to the area and is looking for something affordable with great amenities. For starters the leasing agents are very rude, often have attitudes and tend to respond in an annoyed manner. Like the previous reviews mention cars are constantly damaged & broken into & they could careless because its not coming out of their pockets so they put no effort into figuring out any protection to keep "their community safe". They do not have valet trash yet the trash compactor is constantly broken , overflowing with trash & etc. The walls are thin so you can hear everything outside as well as everything above/below you. Over all this apartment is a hard pass & not even close to being considered a "luxury" apartment. If you are interested in a small , unprotected , rudely staffed , loud community & don't mind your concerns going unheard then this is 100% the place for you !!

As another property manager visiting, this was very misleading and not a great sales point. Customer service is definitely the base to be successful. Customer service here is lackluster; if other people are treated this way such as residents, I'm sure this can be frustearing. Needless to say, I won't visit here again because of the initial visit and lack of care and communicatio.

The outdoor areas are always kept very clean and well landscaped. The pool is very clean and nice. I feel safe walking my dog around the complex and I have never felt unsafe inside my apartment. But I want to give a special, huge thank you to manager Karen Hill and Lou, maintenance person. They are so quick to respond to requests and needs. Recently my drier died. Before I replaced it Lou came to clean out the vent line and discovered problems in the line. He and Karen worked tirelessly and kept checking in to make sure all was working after repairs were done.
