He promises to do all sorts of things and then never does them. We had an issue with BLACK MOLD in every room and closet. It started growing on our kids beds and clothes. We had the Code Enforcement Officer from Randolph county even come and out and tell us it was black mold. Gene Isom was completely aware of this. He even came into our apartment and VERIFIED himself it was black mold and still did nothing. They do not care about their tenants and I strongly encourage anyone wanting to live there to find somewhere else to live.

Towing companies cannot tow if they do not know what the residents vehicles look like Myself and multiple other residents are very disappointed with this place and are trying to move out but we are told to pay $1200 within 24 hours to move, the other residents are always told different amounts.
