But I want to give a special, huge thank you to manager Karen Hill and Lou, maintenance person. They are so quick to respond to requests and needs. Recently my drier died. Before I replaced it Lou came to clean out the vent line and discovered problems in the line. He and Karen worked tirelessly and kept checking in to make sure all was working after repairs were done. As another property manager visiting, this was very misleading and not a great sales point. Customer service is definitely the base to be successful. Customer service here is lackluster; if other people are treated this way such as residents, I'm sure this can be frustearing. Needless to say, I won't visit here again because of the initial visit and lack of care and communicatio.

The outdoor areas are always kept very clean and well landscaped. The pool is very clean and nice. I feel safe walking my dog around the complex and I have never felt unsafe inside my apartment. The staff is very kind and professional and they respond very promptly to maintenance needs. Overall very spacious apartment and I love living here.

Do NOT rent this home. They know about it and they just cover it up with paint. Look at the outlet cover in the dining room. It's curled due to the moisture in the wall. I have pictures of what's under the kitchen floor that they knowingly covered up. They told the last tenant to run a dehumidifier 24/7 but that's not treating what's in the walls and under the house. Don't rent this house unless you want to knowingly live in mold. If they were a good landlord they would have treated this between tenants but they haven't all they care about is the $$ undoubtedly.
